New building hotel with great facilities, clean modern convenient room, staffs very friendly and supportive, foods r good for quality and affordable price, lunch pack at 60k vnd (2.5$) for 4dishes , rooftop bar and game room also great, definitely come back

Nice hotel

Nice hotel with with bigger option for breakfast. My plan was relax bit, and have some different movment, so I used the gym, but I felt it was too warm there. Also wanted ro use the sauna, all of them (3) were turned off. Probably, it is not in use, so than I can uderstand, but could be written some information about it. Otherwise, was all good there.

Nice and clean hotel Very nice hotel for our one night stay during our families visiting. Great room, perfect location, everything new and very clean. The staffs was so friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommand for everyone

Bed bugs room 105. Only 15 minutes after laying on bed. My arms itches. Then my face and neck. Switched room immediately and that remediated the problem.  Breakfast buffet was below average in terms of taste. Location is great. Service was awesome.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

The hotel is located in the center, very convenient for traveling. The hotel is clean, new, and has a very nice scent when entering the hotel and room. The receptionist and other staff are very cute and enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a variety of dishes. The 4th floor is the gym, swimming pool, and rooftop. The room is not soundproof. The price of food at the restaurant is cheap, the food is not expensive.

Always take the business rooms for this brand, It's better because the rooms are more beautiful with a view and nice furniture. The breakfast is very good for the price. The hotel has opened a very welcome tea time service, choice of cake, fruit, juice, very clever, not at all sad. The hotel has very attractive price offers for certain periods, do not hesitate to take advantage of them. The location being very central, we take advantage of the shops and boutiques pleasantly close.

The room is clean and quiet, with no stains on the bedding and no odor in the room. The office desk and chair are well equipped, and there are only 2 small bottles of mineral water. The transportation is convenient, close to the shopping mall and snack street.

The hotel looks small from the outside but inside it is spacious and airy. Surprisingly the hotel is clean and of good quality.

It was an unexpectedly good hotel. The overall feeling of welcoming guests is amazing. In Vietnam, even 5-star hotels can seem pretentious, but Thanh Mai Hotel with its smiles is the best.
