All with all just ok

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, and there are many convenient facilities nearby. The hotel is not very luxurious or recently built. I am very satisfied as the price is reasonable. I stayed on the 7th floor, which had a nice view and good ventilation. The staff are also friendly and speak English well. It was a very satisfactory hotel for the price.

Central hotel next to the central market, place to live at night and 3 steps from the ethnographic museum and 10 min taxi from the coffee museum which I do not recommend because it is not a museum but a show room for a brand of terrible coffee, in Buon Ma Thuot there are fantastic artisan coffees including Azzam, Soul which I highly recommend. The bathroom is from another time, that's the only criticism. The morning buffet, especially very extensive on weekends, is the best in the city and of all hotels of the same standard. Generous, fresh, and the only one that offers a real coffee machine! I strongly recommend!

Everything was good, except for breakfast - there was only a choice of two dishes: omelet or noodle soup, and not a lot of greens and fruits.

The hotel is located in the middle of the center, very convenient for travel and shopping. Very satisfied, next time I will continue to use the hotel's services when I need to come to Daklak

Nice location

Very good hotel, reasonable price, central location, enthusiastic service

The location is good, the staff service is also friendly, but the room arrangement needs to be strengthened. There are drinks left by the previous tenants in the refrigerator. The most serious problem is the equipment. The bathtub does not fit the wall seam. There is no hot water in the morning and evening, not even warm water. I stayed for two days, and there was no hot water for two consecutive days. I responded to the customer service staff. Although I came to check, it was still the same. Only a few times there was hot water, and it was returned. It's gone. It's advertised as five stars, but it doesn't even have basic hot water. It's really exaggerated, at most three to three and a half stars.

Everywhere really old, partially complete worn-out very dirty carpets. Super noisy from outside traffic. And they were not able to read/manage my special vegetarian request for breakfast. It‘s never worth the rating nor the money i had to pay.

Heard it was the only 5-star hotel in Buon Me Thuot. The quality, unfortunately, was under expectations. Room was very small and old with limited view by a small window. There was no separation between the toilet and the shower so the floor was always wet with water flooded. Limited choice on the television was another minus point. Breakfast was simple and boring. Sound proof was a big issue to us as we could hear every single noise from the next room, and as we were assigned a room right next to the housekeeper section, it was extremely loud in the early morning. Compared to the other 5-star hotels that we had stayed, this was not deserved as a 5-star!
