The worst ever the reception / hotel manager (Mohamed) is rude and impolite. No professionalism at all. Lack of hospitality skills. He does care about the guest satisfaction and shouting at them. He is not cooperating with any guest. And moreover, speaking in inappropriate way. You must consider this comment as a management or else no one will come to your place
