It was very, very difficult to get to this hotel by car; I had to leave the car and walk down a hill for about 5 minutes to get to the hotel; once I got to the hotel, I asked the receptionist how I could get the car down; she told me to drive around some streets and then press a ring and tell them that you'll be staying in the hotel, then they'll let you drive through the street leading to the hotel; after about 8 minutes driving around, Thank God, I finally found the bell, and I explained that I'd be staying in the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, we had another issue: the hotel parking was very tight for my rental VW Tiguan. I tried to park the car in different ways, but it was so tight. I've been driving for over 30 years, and I've never seen basement parking as tight as this, so avoid it at all costs. The hotel had no alternative parking except to park somewhere around the city away from the hotel, as there was no parking anywhere near this hotel.

This hotel has a great staff and quite helpful. The room is nice but the bathroom is extremely small and hard to use. Thus is the biggest issue with the place. Good value for your money if you’re looking at a clean place. I would stay again. About 1 km from the church.

This hotel is located very well, the opposite room is very poorly soundproofed, it ignores the main street and all sounds can be heard, the hotel is 4*, very neglected, the whole hotel now needs reform, maintenance leaves many shortcomings, air conditioning breaks out On the first day, throwing water on the floor, the solution, in case our feet slipped and the air was damaged, so to me, it was as if it were 2* towels on the hotel floor, I will not repeat.

We were last minute guests, having tried to find another place unsuccessfully negotiating the confusing one way system. It has two drawbacks; 1. the car park is about 5 min walk but is secure underground and 2. The decor is mostly OK but needs attention - see photo of stained carpets in corridors. Plus the floor covering in our room was smart but didn't fit well so had bad creaking! HOWEVER, the staff are really excellent and the dining area is very well maintained and serves a really superb breakfast. So all in all we'd be happy to recommend it on understanding its getting tired but only a bit of maintenance could fix that.

My partner and I are staying at Hotel Rice Reyes Católico in a group booking as part of an arts festival in beautiful Burgos, Spain. We have been in Burgos 17 times (but who’s counting?), so we know the town and the hotels. When we arrived at the hotel and went to our room, it was stuffy. We turned on the air conditioning, but nothing happened. No cool air came out of the vents. We left, had dinner, and returned around 11 p.m. Still no air. We asked the night desk clerk about the AC. He said, “Do you have a fan?” We said that we didn’t, but when we entered our room, we saw that a fan had been brought to the room. This fan was our air conditioning. In Spain. In July. On day four of our stay, the fan is still our AC, despite repeated requests to the front disk to have the AC fixed. The response is always, “We hope that the AC will be fixed today.” Hopes and prayers, y’all. Our room, upgraded from a basic domicile, is barely large enough for two people and their luggage. The closet space is minimal, and you can’t hang a suit jacket without it touching the.bottom of the closet. This is a dorm room or a youth hostel, not a hotel. Furthermore, our upgraded room is on the back of the hotel, with a view of a concrete wall. Charming… And then there’s the smell of sewerage that permeates not only our room, but the rooms of our colleagues. Funky and nasty, to say the least. The breakfasts are barely adequate. The soggy tortilla, the most typical dish in Spain, is inedible. Really? If you are planning to visit Burgos, one of the preeminent smaller towns in Spain, with the most impressive cathedral in the country, please do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this sinkhole of a hotel. There are plenty of better affordable options. The hotel has the nerve to call itself a four-star operation. It’s a two-star hotel at best, and given our experience, it’s actually a one-star establishment. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent
GGuest UserThis hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head.
The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.
SSchickExcellent accommodation. Luxury and very well located to visit the city of Burgos walking. A very well-equipped room. A parking under the hotel but very expensive for the night
Exceptional location, entrancing view from our room, beautiful hotel exterior and interior, well-appointed, spacious and comfortable room, engaging staff, excellent service, delicious meals! Need I say more? We just loved our stay and we all long to go back!
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of A couple of tabernacles next to take a vermouth and even dinner or eating.
The Bulevar is a modern high rise hotel, close to the city centre. The room was clean with an en suite with soap dispensers and facial soap. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A map was provided and places where we could have dinner. They were more than happy to print out our forms required for our trip back to the UK. You can park outside the Hotel to check in. Then you are directed to the underground garage where there are lifts to take you up to your floor.
Espantosa experiencia.

GGuest UserThe room facilities are basically no problem. A few small defects can be improved better: the large slabs on the floor of the shower room are not very stable, and they are like seesaws. There are no hangers and clothes drying racks. When you go out, you still have to change your clothes every day. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, especially worthy of recognition. The room was very clean and tidy and comfortable.
GGuest UserVisit in passing, located by chance through Booking..., absolute success! From the reception attention to the cordiality of the ”chat” with Jenson in the cafeteria..., a pleasant and cordial stay. Rooms more than correct…, impeccable. Free parking in front of the hotel, suitable even for trucks. To highlight how warm the room was and the breakfast toast. Of those ”unicorn” places, that know how to distinguish between potato omelettes..., they do both in case you have onions or not! Confirmed the recent management change, with a new approach 100% customer oriented and keeping its rates affordable.
