Harika bir otel
3 gün boyunca otelde konakladik ve çok memnun kaldik. Çalışanlarin her biri cok guler yüzlü ve samimi. Her ihtiyacimizda bizimle ilgilendiler. Yemekler guzeldi. Havuz kenarinda ictigimiz kokteyller de ***et iyiydi. Otele ait plajda arkadaslarla keyifli vakit geçirdik. Tüm tatil boyunca çalışanlar, gülümsemelerini eksik etmedi. Hepsine cok tesekkur ederiz.

Temizlik hayal kırıklığıydı…
Açıkçası çok büyük bir beklentiyle gitmedik otele. Burhaniye taraflarında kısa süre konaklayabileceğimiz bir işletme arıyorduk. Öncelikli olarak otele bebeğimizle girdik. Bir park yatağı koyulmasını rica ettik. Odaya girdiğimde gördüğüm yatak çok pisti ve her yerinde lekeler vardı. Açıkçası detaylıca bakmadan alınmasını rica ettim. Konaklama sırasında ayrıca odanın genel olarak temiz olmadığını hissediyordunuz. Kumaşlarda lekeler, banyoda kapı arkalarında ve tuvalet fırçasında kirler mevcuttu. Bazen gerçekten büyük bir beklentiniz olmadan gidiyorsunuz ancak temizlik her işletmenin kuralı, hele ki bu işletme bir otelse. Fotoğrafları da yorumuma ekliyorum, umarım daha iyisini yapmalarına vesile olur.

Otel imkanları güzel, personel eğitilmeli
Otel imkanları, yiyecek,içecek fiyatları açısından tatmin ediciydi. Ancak genel olarak personelin müşteriye karşı tutumu özellikle denk geldiğim bir kaç personelin iletişim şekli son derece uygunsuzdu. Gün içerisinde uzak şehirden uzun seyahatten gelen kişiyi sadece 5 saat önce odaya almamak için neredeyse 1 günlük ücret talep edildi. Her gün değişen yatak çarşafa rahatsızlanıp kusan arkadaşımdan 750 tl ücret istendi. Sauna kullanımı çin tek kişiden 100 tl ücret talep edildi. Daha ilk gün yanlış oda verildiği sırada odamız değiştirilirken mevcut oda anahtarı alınıp elimizden alınıp yerine oda anahtarı verilmeden elektriksiz odada bekletildik.
