Loft veramente spazioso, una zona giorno e una zona notte mansardata, 2 bagni. Situato al nono piano. Pulizia non impeccabile, no servizio di cortesia. Alcune mancanze come la carta igienica e la mancanza di acqua calda in uno dei due bagni. Orari della reception limitati. Posizione un po' fuori Valencia, 2 stazioni della metro a distanza di 10 minuti a piedi

In general it has met all my expectations, lots of light, enough space and a magnificent location in general to visit the city and great with respect to the IMED hospital center, if necessary. Thank them for their willingness and hope to return for more relaxing reasons. Thank you very much to all.

Fantastic quality/price ratio, 700 meters from the Congress Palace and well located to go by train/tram to the center in 20 minutes. Very spacious loft, very comfortable beds. Cleaning. Very friendly staff.

Elegant, equipped, spacious apartment. Arranged on two levels with a large size. Two bathrooms, equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc) and two splendid windows with motorized shutters. Livable terrace equipped with table and chairs. If you stay 7 days, mid-stay cleaning included. The apartment is located in a large building with a doorman present 24 hours a day. It is a sort of 8-storey building/skyscraper on the outskirts of València. Attached to a kind of private hospital and in the context of a commercial area, it is in fact located well away from the center of València. The extra-urban context is modest and without services. There is a Lidl, Burger King and McDonald's which are closed on Sundays. The Bar is only open in the morning and closed on Sundays. Furthermore, it is a mediocre and poorly stocked bar. Two metro stations nearby respectively 7 (canteria) and 10 minutes away on foot (enpalme). Not a pleasant walk in an almost extra-urban context. I suggest enpalme due to the presence of 3 lines. To reach the center the metro takes about 20 minutes to add to the 10 already covered on foot. The average taxi ride costs 13 euros. We chose this structure because it was close to the Valencia Fair where we were involved in an event. Honestly, I find it not very convenient to visit València. The advertised pool is present but it is obviously a small pool on the terrace of a building. I wouldn't consider it a real plus. Definitely one of the best apartments I've stayed in for space and equipment available, but the location needs to be evaluated carefully because it's not very convenient and out of the way.

The loft is good, it is delivered clean and is large and spacious. The air conditioning works very well and you have ample access to the services it offers. The problem is that it does not offer solutions to certain situations that arise with the reservation, such as offering breakfast. And there is a missing dishwasher that appears in the photos and not in the room

The loft is beautiful and has incredible views of the city. It is very well equipped and you can park without problem in the area. A good place to stay whether you are going for work or to enjoy a few days of vacation

We rented 3 apartments for a weekend. The apartments are very spacious and quite well equipped, each one has two full bathrooms and an outdoor terrace. They were very clean. The person at the reception was very kind and attentive to us at all times. We also decided to take the parking space because when we arrived there was nowhere to park around.
