房間大小還行，乾淨衞生，安靜安全，走幾步就能到海邊，免費的shuttle bus不行，在機場等了快一個小時愣是沒有等到，無奈衹能打車。反觀別的酒店的車都來了不知道多少趟

Absolutely a nightmare. Worst hotel experience of my life. During check in elevators were not working, and stairs were not allowed to be used. Staff asked guests after check in to wait in lobby for 30 minutes, after over 5 hours, we were still waiting. We’re told about potential compensation, but no one reached out, no compensation was done and utterly mismanaged guest experience.

房間寬敞、整潔衞生，服務也很到位。早餐很豐盛，選擇餘地大，穿梭巴士很方便，其中還有一位華人司機，有問必答感覺很親切。該酒店美中不足的是離高速路太近了，晚上睡覺有點吵。

在舊金山轉機呆一晚，酒店設施衞生非常好，這個價格700多人民幣住皇冠假日簡直地板價，衞生床品都很舒服，但是唯一一點非常離譜是 機場到酒店班車幾個小時才一輛，並且沒有時間表，最後被迫打車花了30刀（如果已經預訂的朋友們可以搭乘去周圍幾個酒店得班車，走過去也就10分鐘）, 酒店到機場的班車班次是準時的，但是很擁擠，一定要早點上去。
