Very nice hotel and will live again And we are really appreciate the best service of their front desk when i check in at 3:00PM, their service is the best which i lived in other hotel

Everything is good for me, the location is excellent, and there is a parking lot a little further away where you can park for free on weekends.

Very poor service, I paid $158 for one night at the Waterfront Hotel, when making the reservation, then at the hotel the lady said they did not received the payment so I paid again at the hotel, then she said it did not go through so she tried again next morning I checked my bank account and I was charged three times, I contacted the Hotel manager, she said there is nothing they can do, so I contacted an agent from the Trip app with same luck, they are just passing the ball to blame the other and nobody gives me my money back.

Great place great rooms. Very accommodating and even got my dog a couple of dog treats. Would stay here again.

隔音好差，其他房開關門嘅聲音全部聽到，仲聽到隔籬房講嘢，夜晚洗完頭發現冇風筒，打去前台問，好快就拎咗上嚟，整體有待改善

Location directly on the lake, there are a few nice restaurants opposite

The location is unique, between the street park and Lake Ontario. Sitting in the hotel room, you can see the lake view outside the window. There is a commercial street at the door. I bought dinner and took it back to the hotel to sit on the sofa by the window and enjoy the beautiful scenery. When I checked out, the front desk lady was very nice and personally took me to the parking lot outside the hotel and taught me how to use the free parking card. The hotel's free breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very good👍

The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, it is more suitable to travel between Toronto and the Great Falls, and it is a 45-minute drive from Toronto Airport. Outside the hotel is the view of the Great Lake, recommended! The ice cream on the side is not recommended, too sweet.

Outside the window is Lake Ontario, which is very beautiful! Going out to the lake for a short walk, there are many restaurants across the street, the hotel facilities are also good, the staff are friendly, and I will stay here next time.
