Fabulous find. Lovely family room with an entire upstairs with 2 single beds / TV and shower room for the kids.
Lovely little touches / an arrival cocktail each, nespresso machine. Lovely little table in the shared patio. Fabulous family space!
We also had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Kids spaghetti portion was so tiny we had to order a second (first time ever) and she finished that one! That’s the only negative I can find.

The hotel is outstanding. We stayed in the Ursula Andress room, wow it was fantastic, a steam room in the room, hot tub and patio with fireplace. They thought of everything. Attention to detail was perfection. Very clean and comfortable. The only small downside was the restaurant staff were very slow. However everyone was lovely, just you don’t want to be in a rush.

Couldn’t fault it. Lovely setting. Sunny courtyard leading onto a nice dining room and bar. Food was excellent. Staff accommodated all needs. Parking close by - street parking but safe and we never struggled to find space. Our room had a small patio area, and all the amenities you could ever want. Would certainly stay there again.

This year we only used the bar area every time we went into Burnham Market which was most days and was completely satisfied with choice of alcohol and the helpful knowledge of the area from the friendly staff. We will be back in a few months to replenish:)

The hotel is centrally located with access to all the amenities within walking distance. What sets it apart is the unexpected gardens at the back of the property where the accommodation is. A really pretty oasis that is carefully maintained. The accommodation itself is beautifully furnished and a lot of thought and detail has gone in to the added extras that make your stay extra special. Also need to mention the staff who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Excellent service! We will definitely come back.

Tim has put a lot of time and effort into No Twenty 9 ,and it shows. Our roast was very generous (particularly liked the assortment of vegetables,as so many restaurants that is lacking).
Our room and bathroom,was very nice,and well
furbished,with everything you could need. The gardens are lovely at the back,and particularly liked the way they are lit of an evening. We stayed,to save the turnover on our own holiday let,and will definitely stay again. We stayed in the Reed room.

Second time of staying @ No. Twenty9 in Burnham Market, for 3 nights. Once again terrific food, (fire pit cooking is fantastic) excellent & friendly staff and extraordinary accommodation. It really doesn’t get any better! Thank you, Tim, and your team. We’ll be back!
