The rooms were beautifully furnished, clean, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. For dinner, I ordered the "Roast of the Day," which featured roasted lamb, salad, and chips. The portion was generous, and the meal was absolutely delicious! Kudos to the Raindrops restaurant team. I've already spoken with my family, and we've agreed that this will be our go-to place to stay when we visit Burnie next.

Super clean and spacious room, was travelling solo for a medical procedure at Burnie hospital the next day and this room was fantastic. The bathroom was clean and tidy with plenty of amenities. The bed was comfy and the pillows were beautiful and soft without being flat. Would highly recommend staying here.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is modern and lovely. There was no wi-fi. We stayed in room 1 and there was no wifi at all. Makes it very difficult when travelling and trying to organise everything here and back home.

Good location. Clean, organized and well serviced. I came for business but saw families that were on holidays. Everything was functional, the place is a bit dated but it didn't impact my comfort at all. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking to come to Burnie
