Team service was excellent, great communications when needed. Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Only slight negative was the eating area size, got busy quickly but luckily we came to have breakfast earlyish.

A frequent overnight location for me, and one that can not be beaten in Burnley centre. Great VFM, good quality food, great location for me to my office and staff that are always very welcoming. Officially, it's not a 5☆ hotel, but I can't fault it. Thanks for the service.

At night there was rude children running loose until after 12. The air conditioning was broken and was making too much noise to sleep on the third floor, when it was complained about the staff replied ‘we know about it’. No lift from Friday night due to the children playing in it. The staff were respectful and generally helpful.

I have stayed here several times and chose it as a handy location for our extended family to stay with us for a family funeral at Accrington crematorium As always staff were charming and helpful and food was good as always. Two minor points.we were in room 101 which overlooks the smoking shelter and the laundry store.fortunately the air con was working well and we didn’t need to open the window.unfortunately on the morning of the funeral we were awoken by the man collecting the dirty laundry at615am Also the Wi-Fi in room 101 was terrible and dropped out constantly.Not an issue I’ve ever had here before As all these issues are room specific this does not stop me from giving maximum points as everything else was as good as always and all our family were very happy with our choice

Our initial impression of the hotel was good. Rooms were well equipped & very clean. Beds extremely comfortable. The only downside was the evening meal which came as part of the package. Food was poor quality & they were very stingy with the vegetables but then proceeded to carry loads of left overs into kitchens after service had finished. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, croissants & cooked items.

Stayed at this hotel for one night last Saturday. Nice new looking hotel with very friendly check in (sorry can't remember the man's name but I think he said he was new and was very good) Room was a good size and everything seemed very clean. Comfy bed and pillows and big TV. Bathroom was also very clean with nice soap and shower gel and a powerful shower. Breakfast was included and was nice. All the normal hot breakfast items you'd expect (and hash browns!) as well as pastries and muffins. Was very busy when we got to breakfast and had to wait for a free table. And the tiny entrance to the room where the food is was very small so often congested with people. Overall a nice stay in a clean hotel with free parking and breakfast and would stay here again.
