This was a two-star hotel that lived up to its billing: a decent room for a fair price.
Nothing fancy but that was to be expected.
The staff was kind and considerate.

Check in was fast & easy. Room was clean. There were a lot of people wandering the hallways and hanging out in the staircase late at night which is obviously not the hotels fault, just something to be aware of.

I am glad the hotel staff are frienly and kind, but since I could not get my money back, I hadd to leave eithout staying and there was nothing they could do. I wish they could have done something sonce I am a recurring guest.

Holly is by far the funniest and most personable hotel receptionist I've ever had the pleasure to talk and work with at any hotel. I do a lot of work on the road in and around Minneapolis and my crew often stays here for the best offer in terms of balance between price and service even when a site is far away. They don't have the absolute bare minimum prices around of course but you'll have clean rooms and consistent room service which is something other hotels will claim but I have yet to see. If you stay here hopefully Holly will be the one to greet you and you'll be on your way to your room with a smile on your face.
