太噁心了，晚上九點入住辦理登記的時候酒店人員明明知道沒熱水的也不説，然後我還以為是放水時間太短，然後出去玩，晚上十一點回來，放了一個小時的水還是沒熱水，然後房間居然連個電話都沒有，通過攜程平台打十幾個電話前台也不接，被迫穿衣服跑下去前台問，問了有一會工作人員才支支吾吾的和我説工程師在維修空氣能熱水器，大哥我做的空氣能設備幾百個酒店的都不止我還不知道情況，後面回去睡，結果一細看衞生差到幾點，見照片，毛髮、黑色的小絨毛在被子、枕套、毛巾全都是，真的是一刻都不想呆，礙於外面-23℃，閉着眼睡到第二天，結果水還是不熱的，這種價格，這種服務，我是0.1評分都不想給。誰住誰上當。

酒店大叔真的是幫了大忙了！太感謝您一清早，零下30度這麼冷天氣，拿出救命的壓縮泵幫我們汽車打氣，一波三折，氣門芯也壞了，也幫我們更換一個。真的很感謝您的熱心幫忙！因為趕時間，試完胎壓來不及再當面致謝。下次來喀納斯還希望來這裏停留！
