The hotel could have been a perfect hotel if they could fetch us from the ticket station or another nearby hotel. As a foreigner you must get access to the internet to find the location of the hotel. Just a few metres from the free park bus stop. A sundry shop is available.

enjoyed the stay very much, beautiful caravan with windows to see stars at night. has ample space and mini refrigerator. warm and comfortable. has fruits and snacks. surrounding is also beautiful and quiet. we were not very familiar with the location and transport options to the hotel, and since it was pretty late, there were no more buses and taxis available, hotel was not able to give clear directions and provide help to get to hotel, no pick up service. we had to walk very far to reach hotel. the bus stops in front of the hotel entrance but it is still quite far from the caravan place. not advisable for ppl with alot of luggage.

The overall cleanliness is questionable… choked common toilets next to the cafe with feces all over.Room condition not good. I don’t even bother to take pictures of the hotel but the cows roaming beside it.

Great location.Beautiful surrounding. We live in caravan car. Have all needed amenty. Lovely room.

Close to the entrance gate for Kanas and the area with restaurants. Quiet at night and comfortable bed.

It’s better to stay in the actual geopark although there aren’t options to do so on Trip.com. Foreigners are supposed to stay in the old village but we found a place to stay in the new village which we liked better

This hotel is in a perfect location for those wanting to visit Kanas Lake Scenic Area. My room was a good size and quite comfortable. The only problem was that the sound insulation is quite poor so it can be noisy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful- massive shoutout to ‘sister Q’ who went out of her way to help me with several things!

Excellent location: not far from the Jiadengyu Visitor Center, there is a shuttle bus at the entrance of the hotel to pick up and drop off at the Visitor Center. There are many shuttle buses, and the waiting time is very short. Beautiful environment: The RV is surrounded by flowers, which is beautiful Service in place: Equipped with butler service, butler Xiao Nie takes the initiative to ask if we need help every day, and answers our questions one by one. Complete facilities: The RV is equipped with upper and lower bunks and two single beds. There is a door between the upper and lower bunks and the two beds. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner, and the entire RV is equipped with 2 heating equipment. There is a drying rack with a maximum temperature of 70 degrees in the bathroom. This is very practical. The clothes washed at night are dried on the drying rack overnight. 6 bottles of mineral water and some snacks are given every day. The first day is a pack of apple fruit leather + 2 bottles of pomegranate juice, and the second day is a small pack of dried pistachios + a small pack of dried almonds + 2 bottles of pomegranate juice. The only small regret is that only 60 liters of hot water can be used at a time, and you need to wait 30 minutes after use before you can get water. For our three long-haired girls, bathing time has to be extended. This RV experience is perfect, highly recommended!

The occupancy area is quite large. The bed is a little short, and it is a little not enough for a height of 185cm. There is a large starry sky ceiling and a reasonable layout. The shower room is large enough, the bathroom has no odor, and it is generally clean. There are many chrysanthemums planted next to the RV, which is very beautiful. There is also a small terrace next to each RV, with tables and chairs, where you can eat and drink tea outdoors. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the shuttle bus stop, and the shuttle bus takes two stops to the scenic bus stop. After leaving the Kanas scenic spot, take the shuttle bus for one stop. There are two parking lots above and below the RV area. Although the car cannot be parked directly next to the RV, it is still convenient.

Butler Nie was very enthusiastic and thought of many details that we had not considered. He took the initiative to light mosquito coils when he saw us dining outdoors, and also taught us how to identify flowers and plants that are prone to allergies.

When traveling to Kanas, I stayed at the Birch Forest Resort Hotel. The room was very clean, the environment around the hotel was very good, and I felt like I was there. The surrounding facilities were very complete, and the food was very delicious. Especially after dinner, I could sit at the door of the hotel, drink the specially prepared tipple, and feel the breeze. All the fatigue of the day was gone. It was a great experience!!!

The rooms at Jiadengyu Birch Forest are large, clean and spacious, with a reasonable layout, new and complete facilities, comfortable beds, clean and soft linens, fast showers, good WIFI signals, warm and thoughtful service, good attitude of front desk reception, cordial and polite service, meticulous service, new furniture decoration, superior geographical location, convenient dining and transportation around, convenient parking and high cost performance, great check-in experience, easy to find location, and super cost performance. It's really great to be able to enjoy such a room and service at such a cheap price.

I like the decoration style of this hotel. The room is quite spacious, with plenty of hot water. More importantly, it is not hot here, so I slept very comfortably. In addition, the warm service and meticulous care of the staff made me feel warm. The hotel also gave me a rich buffet breakfast and coffee, which was great.

The best hotel in Jiadengyu, the boss is very hospitable, the room quality is very good, very clean and sanitary, the front desk reception service is very good, and they can also help with luggage. The hotel has a gym, and I especially like their belonging. Drink some drinks and read a book to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere with the scenery outside the house. It's so beautiful
