去的當天正好趕上暴雪，還擔心封路，早早給管家打電話，管家就説沒問題，來不了特殊情況可以退，服務態度特別好，然後有幸當天趕到禾木，管家早早就在公交站接站，去了還給我們升級了房間，非常滿意，雪景無敵，房間設施不用多説，自己看圖片，温暖如家，窗外雪景更是美不勝收，第二天一早還送了早餐，絕對值得推薦！

用兩個字形容就是，完美。酒店地理位置很好，老闆服務很周到，出發之前，各種問題有問必答，回覆的很詳細。入住後，大半夜的還親自帶着去看了星空。必須五星好評
