Güzel ve temiz

It was a one-day trip. We were satisfied.

The rooms are spacious, the location is strategic, comfortable and close to tourist attractions

الفندق جميل والغرف نظيفه وكبيره ولكن هناك مشكله واحده بأن موقع الفندق بالقرب من مسلخ المواشي فرائحة المواشي تصل للغرف غير ذلك كل شي كان جميل

Doğru tercih

Good hotel with fair price. I didn't like the lobby, which is dark and gloomy. but room is big and nice .no alcohol in minibar. Breackfast could be better .There is no live cooking in breakfast time . nice location near to many restaurants and a big shopping mall.

Perfect Location and clean rooms, only 100 metres to Marka Mall and carrefour, you dont need car if you are staying in the hotel.Staff are so friendly,ı felt like ı am still at home. Thank you Ramada.

Bir hafta öncesinden rezervasyon yaptırmama ve kurumsal müşteriniz olmama rağmen havalandırma alanına bakan bir odanın verilmiş olması inanılmazdı. Odada bulunan banyo havlusu çok eski hatta ortası delikti. Bu da yetmezmiş gibi odanın kliması Merkezi kontroldeydi ve sadece telefon ile açılabiliyordu. Gece klima kendi kendine kapanmış ve buz gibi bir ortama uyandım. Yine resepsiyonu aramama rağmen oradaki personel Nur Hanım çıkış yoğunluğu nedeni ile ilgilenmediğini söyleyerek duruma çözüm getirmedi. Sonrasında aşağıya indiğimde ise yoğunluk olmadığını hatta Nur hamımın başka bir personel ile sohbet ettiğini gözlemledim. Haftanın en az iki gününü işim nedeni ile seyahatte geçiren biri olarak beklemediğim bir hizmeti grubunuza yakıştıramadım.

near of every thing in the center .. i like it and the fitness salon and its near for every thing and its in the center of the downtown so i dont use my car i just walk to marka mall and every things i need from carfore 5 min walk

Reception staff were accommodating but the hotel room we had was in dire need of an upgrade. The carpet was dirty with stain and marks and I had 10 month old baby wanting to crawl on it. The sink in the bathroom was dripping or leaking which really is not good. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were very helpful.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel personal is really helpful. The breakfast is not excellent at all. I couldn’t even find a whole wheat bread, there is no omlette or home made jams. The price of the hotel was good and it is located at the hotels area where you can reach shopping centers etc.

We stayed at the Ramada hotel with friends for the first time this year. We were very pleased. The service, the cleanliness of the kitchen was very good. Communication, speaking etc. He was very respectful. I would especially like to thank Ms. Zeynep. We are thinking of coming again next year with friends.
