We booked this hotel last min, everything was good until we entered our room a very strong smell of cigarette was in the room it was clearly a smoking room which we never asked for it!
There was no shampoo at all just body wash!
Lastly we asked for late check out and they offered us 2pm, but the cleaner came and knock since 12:30pm which was pretty annoying.
I would never visit this place .

The hotel is clean and recommended for family and profess stay but it far away from bursa attractions. Recommended for those who have vehicle .

Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli.
Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil.
Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

The hotel was convenient for parking my car. The breakfast buffet was big offering a good choice. The staff was friendly, the bed lining good and the mattress very comfortable. Similar to a 4 stars hotel. I will come again there when I will visit Bursa City again.
