Sheraton Bursa Hotel Reviews

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

It was a nice hotel in a nice location we were there to enjoy ski in Uludag but we wanted to stay in city and had great access to restaurants and malls by 5 minutes walk staff were nice and I prefer bursa to Istanbul and this location was great , moreover valet service was great and concierge was so helpful

Amazing staff for the amazing hotel.

The hotel was clean and nice as always. The pizza was great. We also ordered a dessert that looked amazing this time, but unfortunately it did not suit our taste. It would be better if a blanket was laid instead of a thin blanket in the summer.

Brand hotel, timely cleaning, timely replacement of supplies. Breakfast is good, convenient to eat around, shopping mall. Relatively safe. There are electric car charging piles available.

Total quality. A hotel that carefully relaxes you at the end of a really tiring day.

The hotel is old and the bathtub doesn't drain.
