The staff was very attentive and friendly, the breakfast items were sufficient and delicious, and the cleaning was good. What we can say negatively is that the room lighting was a bit inadequate, and we had some trouble because we could not change the air conditioning setting to warm.

There were big problems with Wifi and the door key card, you have to renew your Wifi and the key card every time. The elevator did not work as it should, the door was opened 3-4 times until it worked. The room was not fresh and the soap rack was broken and not filled with soap or shampoo.

Location is good, great staff! This property needs major lift up! Definitely in need of new mattresses and pillows and many more of cosmetic upgrades.

We were passing through Bursa and needed a place to make a one-night stopover. This happened to be an excellent choice. Centrally located and easy to reach everywhere in the city center. Our room was quite spacious and spotless. The breakfast served was good and they had quite reasonable choices. It is highly recommended.
