It is a cheap tourist hotel, so there are some disappointing aspects such as cleanliness and service, but overall, it is okay.
There were tattooed Yang X teeth in Haesu Land, so I didn't get a very good impression. There was no problem taking a bath.
The biggest problem with this hotel is the attitude of one of the staff members. They predict the question that a guest is talking about and interrupt him or her, so I think it can be very unpleasant depending on how you take it.

350 per night. I thought it was an old-style government hotel in China after reading the reviews. It turned out to be big, new, clean and spacious (maybe the we gonning I booked in Seoul was too crowded hahaha). I think the style is similar to Hanting. Overall it's good. It's three stops away from Busan Station and a 500-meter walk is acceptable. I didn't take a picture so I'll just post a picture. There's a coffee shop next to the lobby. The hotel also offers discounts for Americano for 1500 won. It's pretty good.

The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. I will always come to this hotel when I go to Busan. The hotel's free event sauna was also really good.

The room itself is not that big, but if you don't necessarily need a big room, it's a good choice because the room is clean, it's close to the station, and you can use the sauna in the morning.
