Horrible experience. Old room and furniture. NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PHOTOS. Cracked wallpaper, dirty and threadbare sofa. Everything very unpleasant "creepy". Old and dirty floors. The window looked out onto a wall. The bathroom was renovated as in the photos.
Not recommended for children. The family suite is the same as the double. They simply add extra beds where they fit.
They don't speak English. In the elevator each floor is from a different hotel, bad atmosphere.
We had to leave. We lost the reservation money because they refused to refund us. We went to another hotel in the area.
The worst I have encountered in Korea.

The location and cleanliness are great. It is the best value for money hotel in Haeundae. It is a 1-minute walk from Haeundae Beach and parking is convenient.

This is the hotel I chose after my college entrance exams and my best friend went on a trip to Busan. It is clean, and there are three convenience stores nearby. The location is also really good, with the ocean just a 10-minute walk away. I really recommend it.

Best location
Haeundae Beach, Haeundae Market, LCT, etc. are within walking distance.
Parking lot is available, but only the commercial elevator can be used before check-in
Officetel entrance can be opened with card key
1st floor can be used without card key
Cleaning seems to be lacking.....

I arrived early, parked, and left my luggage.
It was nice to walk along Haeundae Beach.
The bedroom and living room were separate, and it was a residence-style room.
It was less stuffy than a small hotel, so I was satisfied.
