Hotel is near metro line 2 and room is spacious. They were nice to upgrade us to a bigger room when the room we stayed in on the first night (3214) had strange water rumbling sound through the pipes in the wee hours of the morning which kept us awake. They said it was due to old pipes but the sound was really loud. Other than that, room was clean, new and stay was comfortable.

Was easy to get to from Busan international airport as it's super close to the subway station.
Room was clean and we'll maintained. The area also is within a 10 min walk to a restaurant filled with streets and a large supermarket. There is also a convenience store open 24 hrs by the lobby.
Check in and check out was fast.

Very clean and modern. Gym is large and equipment is extensive, however, some pieces are not high quality. Overall a great stay and good value for money.

Great hotel!
Only I want to mention that some USB plugs didn't work and the floor outside hotel is really dirty near Emart 24, I thought if hotel can regularly clean may improve the image, although it doesn't belong to Hotel. Thanks.

The bed was extremely spacious and comfortable, decent city view and an accessible convenience store downstairs. Checkin was smooth, room service was adequate, the only shortcoming is that there's many tourists checking out at 11am and we had to wait for rounds of elevators. I have never encountered such a a situation in other hotels, but the lift access needs to be improved. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and a worthy deal!

Chose this hotel due to price fits our budget. It did meet our expectation though the location is not as good as other areas in Busan.

It was a good stay. Though the location is not as conducive but it’s a quiet area.
Check in is strictly after 3pm else hourly charges will be imposed, but you are able to keep your luggages with the reception.
The room is spacious and clean and if selected with the mountain view, it’s a good unobstructed view. Daily housekeeping is clean and basic amenities provided.
The hotel gym is quite big and well-equipped.

Great location, 4 min walk from BIFC subway station and a 24 hour shopping mart right outside. Our room and hotel lobby was very clean and spacious, staff were really helpful. Views from our room were spectacular. Good value for money
