The staff are wonderful. The hotel is so different from other hotels with lots of inviting places to sit and relax. Restaurant food was excellent and service was top rate. The outside garden pretty and nice to sit in. Lovley room and great big comfortable bed and very clean Will go again

We took a two night stay in this hotel so that we could visit the Giants Causeway and the distillery. We chose the hotel because it was close to both and it was the best choice we could ever have made. The hotel itself has lots of character and has many nooks and crannies to be found. But the staff were excellent. Without exception, professional, helpful, relaxed, happy and cheerful. We're looking for an excuse to return. Cannot recommend it too highly. The forecast rain didn't appear either!

We used the bar for drinks and dinner over a couple of days and in both cases the service was very good and very friendly. Good range of dishes for all courses and, as you would expect, delicious Guinness. I would recommend this over the restaurant for quality and value for money.

I was so looking forward to staying at the Bushmills Inn during our week in NI, but honestly, I walked away from our stay somewhat disappointed. Our room was "fine," but not remarkable in any way. The furnishings, carpet and window treatments all seemed a bit dated, though the bed was quite comfortable. We did enjoy the bar and restaurant, and having drinks by the fire was certainly nice. Upon check in, the young man who greeted me seemed inconvenienced by my arrival, and his treatment felt condescending. The bar and wait staff, on the other hand, were quite friendly. I guess I expected more given the price point and the hotel's reputation.

We arrived here late in the day for our 1 night stay but if we'd have known what a fabulous property it was we would have tried to arrive earlier to enjoy it more. Still, we got a lovely spot in the beer garden to enjoy the last of the evening sunshine and the special cocktail. We had bar food which was good but I don't want think there was enough staff for the amount of customers, it was hard to get someones attention. The breakfast was nice, however the all of the options were not explained to us. We knew this after we ordered and overheard another staff member in explaining to other diners. Nice though and set us up for the day ahead. The l'occtaine products in the bathrooms are so fabulous. Overall, I would come back and would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely hotel close to tourist activities.

We went to try the food as I'd heard great reports. My wife ordered the Cullen skink (smoked haddock) and I ordered crispy pork belly with garlic cubes and 2 soft drinks. We were blown away by how good it was. Piping hot and extremely fresh. It was a little slow but the restaurant was very busy, well worth the wait. £46 for two amazing meals and drinks each, full bargain. Well definitely be back soon.

Très bel hôtel de bon standing situé dans un cadre bucolique à deux pas de la côte. Très belles chambres tout confort et très propres. Literie de très bonne qualité. Vue sur jardin intérieur recommandée. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent servi à table. Le restaurant est bon et le service correct.
