It's a relatively new hostel, and I was the only one staying there, so it was basically like having the place to myself. The owner also runs a restaurant next door, and he's usually at the restaurant, not at the hostel, so I had to go next door to call him when I checked in... There's no private parking lot, so I had to park in a nearby public parking lot, but thankfully it's free and only a 3-minute walk away.

Excellent service from the owner. I had made an incorrect booking and although the hostel wasn't fully open he accomodated us. Really appreciated his kindness. Great hostel. Family room really good. Messanine in the bedroom......great. Relaxing area great. However the beds were very thin!! Hope to be back.

Dennis who ran the hostel made our booking procedure and time at the hostel very straight forward. It is a great location and all of our young people thought it was our best venue we have stayed in yet. It is warm, comfortable and even has an open fire. The kitchen is a great size and all beds had their own bedding. Highly recommend this as a venue for a youth or church weekend.

clean and comfortable, looks to have been recently refurbished; very quiet; kitchen on the small side though wouldn't want to see 2 groups cooking simultaneously. Several good cafes, grocery shops and restaurants in walking distance PArking is on street and cars need to be moved by 10 am

This was by far the worst place I ever stayed cracks on walls and questionable stains on the bedsheets stayed here for the Foyle cup very uncomfortable beds overall I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star will never stay here again the heating wasn’t good either absolutely dreadfull.
