"Highly recommended hotel! The service was tip top! During check in I checked with the front desk staff whether they have any double bed room left because I booked a twin sharing room but my son was with me during the trip so I will need to squeeze with him in a single bed but unfortunately, on the day all rooms were fully booked so they did not have any extra room. But when I opened up the room door I was surprised by what they had done with the room they actually joined the twin sharing bed into one bed. They even gave me a complimentary dinner. It's really nice of them. Will definitely book from them again."

AAnonymous UserExcellent hotel. Staffs are welcoming, warm and polite. Cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent location - ＜5 mins walk to 2 malls (grand batam mall, city square mall) and, massages shop. Just beside the hotel is A2 food court. At night, there's a row of food stalls at roadside of the hotel. Opposite the hotel there's a convenience shop and many restaurants, penuin wet market is there as well. Breakfast is rich in variety from western to local Indonesian, including an Indomee stall.
Overall, it's a 10/10 recommendation!

MMelvyn NgGood and clean hotel! Bed was so soft and good! They serve quite a decent breakfast as well with a live Indomie station 👌 Only issue I have is the shower and bedroom is separated by glass and a translucent curtain! Rather awkward situation… otherwise this hotel is new and great! Will come back again!

The hotel is far from the shopping center, but the hotel provides shuttle bus service, which is quite convenient.
Hotel lobby is magnificent, with many antiques and is great for taking photos.
The breakfast was delicious and the waiter service was great.
Overall, happy to stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserHotel is located close to the malls, just a mere 5 mins by cab. Surrounded by food court across the street, it’s a good place to relax away from the main bustling streets of Nagoya area the hotel is simple, a small pool and a simple breakfast, but the staffs make it for the rest as they were friendly, helpful and attentive! They are just wonderful. The beds and pillows are 5 star, very comfortable and cosy! Will go back again!

MMei Ting TingThe hotel amenities are okay. Pool was empty (no water), so can’t be used.
As for the room, the bed and pillows are dirty with stains, wardrobe and cabinets are worn out, so they are jammed, or not in good condition.
Service wise, the staff are friendly and helpful, a little language barrier but all worked out.
Breakfast in buffet style but options are limited.

IIsfazrina IsmailWe are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road.
The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices.
The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable.
The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc.
The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam.
It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

IIreneylsGreat location, walk distance to A2 foodcourt, shopping mall and famous cafe! Room quite big and nice sea view(high floor can see but quite far though). Breakfast with lots of choice, very nice place to stay.
