I walked-in the receptionist was so mean I asked to have a look at the rooms first and she showed me only one room, the room looked good though, went back down to the reception paid she told me she didnt have change so I went around the place and found a better place by the road for the same price came back in less than 30 minutes and all of a sudden they had change to deduct cancellation charges from my money🤷♂️ reason? The receipt leaflet and in a rude way that it is the hotel policy without using any of the facilities I found that unprofessional and ubsurd no wonder they have all negative comments here I should have seen before visiting the place and they dont care.
