Pas de souci pour y dormir....par contre à éviter pour y manger.en particulier à midi. Les plats sont dépourvus de goût, et très spéciaux...même le riz le cuisinier ne sait pas le préparer...le bouquet c'est les assiettes qui ont encore sur le dessous l'étiquette avec le code EAN...ont'elles été lavées après achats ?

Nous étions les nuites précédentes au NOVOTEL SUITES de GENEVE et sincèrement je n'ai pas eu l'impression, à LAUSANNE, d'être dans un NOVOTEL : juste une dose de café par personne, même chose pour le sucre et le lait, pas de petit gateau. Nous avons dû réclamer les cartes pour les transports en commun gratuits. Ce qui a semblé contrarier la personne de l'accueil.... Nous avons dû donner notre carte de stationnement au taxi qui nous conduisait à la gare de Lausanne car il ne pouvait pas sortir (nous avons évidemment demandé son remplacement pour le départ hier matin). Les taxis semblement aussi avoir des problèmes, d'après ce qui nous a été confié. Bref nous ne retournerons pas au NOVOTEL LAUSANNE qui est plus cher que celui de GENEVE.
