Meget slidt hotel som kræver en omgang vedligeholdelse. Aircondition larmer meget.
Vandhaner og bruser kalket til.

We kwamen in de avond aan, toen bleek dat we overboekt waren. Omdat er zogenaamd niet betaald was. De rekening was wel degelijk betaald van te voren. Wat een domper. Er kwam geen tot weinig hulp vanuit het personeel. Uiteindelijk zijn we geplaatst in een hotel een paar deuren verderop. We mochten gebruik maken van het ontbijt in Gold. Deze was erg slecht, oud brood, geen kopjes, kapotte borden , fruit was op als wij kwamen. Alle tafels waren vies en vol door eerdere ontbijtgangers. We moesten zelf een tafel leegmaken, het personeel zat in een hoek te chillen en te roken. Nooit meer hotel Gold

Reserve este hotel porque tenia aire acondicionado. La temperatura en la calle era de 27°C y cuando llegamos a la habitación, esta se encontraba a 35°C y el aire solo funcionaba caliente. Tras quejarnos en recepción nos indican que no tienen aire acondicionado en el hotel, solo calefacción, que abramos la ventana. El trato del personal es nefasto, en la habitación era imposible estar, hacia un calor horrible. La temperatura a las 22h era de 34°C tras 4h con la ventana abierta. La cisterna del baño no funcionaba, los interruptores de la habitacion estaban rotos. El parking que anuncian es la acera de la puerta del hotel. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Very disrespectful staff, they did not respond to my repeated emails to simply make a reservation. For this reason, in my last email I said "I am writing an email for the last time before making a negative comment". This time they responded for the first time and threatened me with a fine of 800 Euros or 7 days in prison. I was very surprised. And they became very funny. They are definitely not professional, I do not recommend them. Stay away.

Balkan turunda iki gece konakladık odalar idare eder eski model yemek fix menü bir akşam köfte bir akşam tavuk vardı ve tatlı yemekler lezzetliydi sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe iyiydi yemek ve kahvaltıyı terasta yapıyorsun çok zevkli.En iyi özelliği çarşıya yakın olması yürüyerek 10 dakikada çarşıdasın bir daha gidersem tercih ederim

At the entrance it looked nice. The room was not really clean . A lot of mold . The mirror in the badroom had about hundred fingerprints on it . The day after when roomservice had been they were still there . Unhealthy breakfast and all plates and cups had pieces missing or broken . 1 of the persons at the reception did not speak one of the many languages I speak so no information . English , french , croatian , flemish , dutch or german . No minibar even it says so and bad wifi .

Balkan turumuz sırasında iki gece konakladık. Odadaki eşyalar mobilyalar yeniydi ancak odanın dışarı bakan bir penceresi yoktu. Tamamen karanlıkta, dört duvar bir oda. Heykeller meydanına ve Eski Türk Çarşısına ***et yakın. Konumu güzel.

Это вообще не отель 4*. Остановились в Gold Suite. В номере грязные и стены, и полы.
Не работал климат-контроль. Чтобы его починить, нужно было приоткрыть окно, а от этого сквозняк в январе. Простудил спину и мучаюсь до сих пор.
На завтрак кладут сильно обветренную колбасу. Уже от ее вида можно отравиться. И омлет, пожаренный не на первом масле.
В номерах нет элементарных вещей, как вода, щётка. Коридоры прокуренные, хотя курение запрещено.
Если бы не предоплата, я бы съехал оттуда в первые 5 минут. Я думаю, что нужно отменить предоплату для этого отеля. Это позор
