just open few months ,the staff have to more training ,the BKF is most worse area ,the food and service all need improve ,I stay four nights the bkf doest change any item ,the FB is big issue

The hotel is cleaned and the bed is comfortable.  It has amazing sea view and very nice pool.  A great place for vacation and relax. But the hotel itself is located a bit far from the center of the city.

Newly open hotel at butterworth and this hotel is located at bagan area which surrounded with famous eatery like ah Koon loo mee, char kuey tiao, baby octopus and so on Nothing much to complain since it’s really new, hopefully the hotel can be maintain well

The hotel is new and clean

Step on thunder. I waited for more than five hours for a room in a newly opened hotel. I arrived at about five o'clock and the room was not available until 10:30 in the evening. More than a hundred people were waiting for a room. No one cleans the room. No room available. There is no guarantee or coordination during this period, we just have to wait. Ctrip customer service also didn’t answer the phone. Choose carefully. There was no village in front of him, no shop behind him, and he was alone looking at the Georgetown area opposite. I am very satisfied with everything, especially the swimming pool. I have changed to many hotels in Penang and this is the most enjoyable one. The room is not luxurious, but it is simple, neat and clean. There is Chinese service at the front desk. There are not many types of breakfast, but it tastes good. The omelette corner is a bit overwhelmed and seems too busy. If you don't have breakfast, you won't feel that there is so much in this hotel. people. . . Every waiter smiles sincerely. The location is not far from the ferry station, and a taxi costs 6 ringgit. There is a recycled seafood restaurant near the hotel. You must try it. It is so delicious. The hardware of the new hotel is very good, and the infinity pool is very comfortable. It would be even better if there was a shuttle bus from Penang Sentral. To go to George Town, you have to go to Sentral and take a ferry.

We booked a sea view king room, which was a bit small for 3 people. After negotiation with the hotel, we upgraded to a sea view one-bedroom suite. It was spacious and bright. The overall stay experience was good.

The hotel reception is on the 5th floor, and the shopping mall downstairs has not yet opened, so shopping and dining will be a bit inconvenient. If you are traveling, the location of this hotel is also good, because it is close to the pier and you can get to the island quickly by boat. It is a good choice.
