Completely new hotel. Very quick and professional checkinn. Room was very clean, nice bed and huge bathroom. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. Breakfast has lots of choices. We eat dinner in the hotel and nice food and great Românian wine. Definitely recommended.

Отель мне понравился.Добротная деревянная мебель в комнате, удобная кровать и подушки.В ванной комнате чистенько.Очень хороший и разнообразный завтрак. Единственный минус окна нашего номера выходили на оживленную трассу и было очень шумно.А в остальном все отлично рекомендую.

Room was excellent - immaculately clean and spacious - good A/C - heating and excellent shower. TV has over 200 stations and has all sports including premier league & champions league ! Restaurant is average and lobby bar advertised is non existent. UVA restaurant closes early and no opportunity to have a drink in bar or lobby - reception could not offer drink service ! Breakfast is only average

Very clean and modern hotel, we enjoyed our stay. We planned to have dinner but the cook staff did not show up. However, there are dinning options available nearby.
Unfortunately, not all guests wear mask or followed the hygiene rules - it would be great if the staff could pay more attention to follow COVID protection rules.

The hotel is cute! New, clean, great staff! I ordered a massage procedure and I am very satisfied! A wonderful masseur Andrea, even a Mester of Reiki and speaks good English! The room is clean, the bed for two is too small, the bathroom is super small! not found (((Parking, this is also a plus, since parking in the city is so-so

First of all,there is free parking,but if you dont "almost hit" the barrier,it won't open.so you need to go check in,tell the staff,go back,get your car,then park. Staff is not the problem,they're happy to help and run out in the cold with remotes for the barriers. No outside food allowed (hotel policy),but the restaurant closes early and you dont have any food to order because you are in a small town. Internet speed:18-25 mb/s in the room and 30-40 mb/s in the lobby. My phone is thetering by usb cable to 425mb/s so i can write this. Friendly and Professional Staff,but the management is bad. Clean rooms,small bathrooms,heat,lights... Looks to me that the personal is very good,but the problem is somewhere else. Organization and stupid rules. Dont have a Restaurant open,but you are not allowed to order food from the outside. So...management 👀 only 💰 🤑 💸.

The hotel is almost new, very nicely designed and the staff is extremely customer focused. We really enjoyed the party, which was organized at the 4th floor, in a large room which can hold over 100 people. Food was great and the breakfast was excellent. Wi-Fi available throughout, small free parking available as well. During the short stay we have not used the sauna and the gym. The rooms are well furnished and equipped. They are not soundproof but this did not stop us resting well. Will definitely visit again if given the opportunity.
