I think this hotel is problem. out side temperature is 20 degrees or even lower. and the hotel start air conditioner only cooling.

By the river, in the city center, there are a lot of delicious food next to it, just walk. There is a shopping mall on the opposite side of the hill, with a lot of shopping and eating. Overall good, relatively speaking, the parking fee is a bit expensive, 55PLN a day

The check-in and stay was relaxing, and the cuisine in the pub was great too. Breakfast was WOW...one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever encountered.

I was a bit hesitant about this hotel as I don’t think the pics on the IHG website show it very well I need not have worried as this is the best holiday inn I’ve stayed in for a very long time. It’s location is perfect, ten minutes on a bus from the airport that stops across the road, 10 minutes to walk into the centre, tram stops 100 meters away and a big shopping centre 10 minutes walk about. In addition behind the hotel is a square full of bars and restaurants as well as being beside the river giving more eating options. The actual train station is a bit of a walk away but 5 min walk to a tram station takes you straight to Bydgoszcz Glowny station for routes across Poland I turned up way early at 11am and expected to leave my bags and head out, however the receptionist was so good and offered me the diamond IHG benefit of early check in which was really good of her Room was a good size and looked over the river, very comfortable bed and pillows, big tv, fridge and a great bathroom with walk in shower. Ironing board and safe in each room I only ate breakfast but again it was fantastic with a massive selection that I’ve be sure even the fussiest person could find something On the 4th floor there is an outside terrace with bar, bar was closed but I’d imagine open in summer and a great place to relax outdoors Every member of staff I interacted with couldn’t have been any better and are a credit to the hotel Only negative point is the additional points for the greener stay promotion not being awarded Id certainly recommend and without double will return if in the area

Nice location by river but also near gas station. Staff locked mini bar which we wanted to use as a fridge so it was bit of a hassle to get them to make arrangements. Room was oddly arranged with TV in middle bit in the way. Otherwise nice location though tram is bit noisy.

Decent stay in the hotel. Good location close to old town

Very good business hotel - clean and easy rooms, good breakfast served early, About 5 mins walk to the old town. Check in easy, parking underneath hotel make it very convenient. A good four star experience with No complaints at all. ‘Mmmmmmm
