Perfect location and great service

The hotel is located right on the seaside. There are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. It is recommended for vacation.

I am very grateful to Ranran for this stay. She is an Asian girl. I don't know if she can speak Chinese. Her English has a bit of a British accent. The hotel first gave us room 513, but it was very noisy. I couldn't sleep well at night. Then they gave us a room card for room 520 and asked us to listen to see if there was any noise. It turned out that there was noise too, so they finally changed us to another room. There was no noise in the room, and Ranran was the one who solved the problem for us throughout the process. We also met her once outside the hotel, when we happened to be lost, and she told us how to get back to the hotel. Thank you very much to her! When I finally checked out, her queue was extremely long, but I still stood in line, wanting to say thank you to her one last time!

The location is very good and the facilities are average. There is private free parking. A great choice for a stay in Byron Bay. The sunrise at the lighthouse in the morning is more convenient if you have to drive.

The front desk service was very enthusiastic and helped us guide the location of the room and surrounding service facilities. It seems that half of this street is owned by him. The hotel, restaurant, bar, and liquor store all seem to be integrated, and we can get 10% of the consumption. Discount, but the only drawback is that the hotel is older and the rooms are a bit dated.

Two night stay in pool room. Large clean room. Very good location in town. Plants in garden around room to give privacy make room a little dark. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. The music nearby was a little loud at times and went late, but the air conditioner drowned out most of the noise. we would still stay on our next visit.

Staff were exceptional. Clean room in great location. Rooms need a makeover but overall very pleasant stay.

This hotel is a hidden treasure in the heart of Byron Bay We had a fabulous three night stay. Wish it could have been longer.

the location was awesome. our room was of a superb quality. staff were super friendly and always helpful. food was yummy and not badly priced. it was so good that we stayed an extra night.

The location was great. Close to shopping, dining and the beach. Jane and her staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The hotel is a bit older but the rooms are clean and the convenience of the location worked out perfectly for me. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again!
