funcionários precaveis , boa comida principalmente no restaurante junto piscina. quartos bons. bebidas rasoaveis . fomos com TI e com suplemento , mas não compensa. praia muito boa bons aceesos e muito proxima. otimo para quem gosta de fazer caminhadas à beira mar hotel tranquilo

A avaliação tem em conta que se trata de um 4 estrelas. Uma informação que não me foi dada é que o hotel está em obras e não possui o circuito de piscinas que era uma mais valia. O quarto tem uma boa área, mas possui ainda banheira e cortina. A limpeza é muito fraca assim como as toalhas todas encardidas e por vezes faltas de algumas.. No restaurante atlântico é demasiado pequeno para o numero de utilizadores, sendo muito confuso e a reposição da comida por vezes muito demorada. Outro elemento importante é que são colocadas cadeiras de bebes nos corredores., obrigando a andarmos as voltas com a comida. Este ano a qualidade e variedade de comida foi muito fraca em relação aos anos anteriores. O vinho branco e tinto disponível neste momento neste restaurante é intragável. O restaurante dunas é muito agradável assim como os colaboradores embora a comida disponível não seja muita, mas aceitável. No bar da praia não cheguei a perceber o seu funcionamento, horário e as valências e regulamentos que tem. O que melhorou muito, foi a equipa de animação que finalmente já falava em português. Os elementos que falavam a língua portuguesa foram muito interativos e comunicativos, o que ajudou a passar uma semana mais agradável. A receção esteve dentro do habitual, simpáticos. A minha avaliação tem como objetivo melhorar este espaço , que neste momento não tem estrutura capaz de ombrear com um quatro estrelas contudo tem potencial para o ser.

Hotel com muito potencial mas com muito má gestão. A limpeza dos quartos de hotel era escassa e inclusive no dia do check in mal me descalcei fiquei com os pés sujos - o quarto foi nos entregue imundo sem qualquer tipo de limpeza - reclamamos e foram dar uma limpeza superficial mas nada de pedido de desculpas. Para um tudo incluído fica muito aquém na oferta - limitam água e iogurtes. O Staff do bar da piscina e do restaurante Dunas ( Sónia e a sua equipa ) são excepcionais- o Staff da recepção são antipaticos.

Hôtel fait pour les groupes, mais peu adapté aux voyageurs individuels. Déçu car cela n'est pas indiqué sur les différents sites. heureusement que le personnel était à la hauteur. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais le ménage est limite. Je ne recommande pas si vous voulez être tranquille en couple.

O pequeno almoço é excelente e variado. As camas são boas e confortáveis e o quarto muito espaçoso. Tem frigobar, mas sem produtos no interior. A localização e espaços circundantes de lazer muito bons e boas varandas nos quartos. Ótimas piscinas interiores e exteriores, campos de ténis, bar de piscina e acesso direto à praia. A praia é excelente e a água maravilhosa, límpida e morna. É um hotel excelente para famílias ou casais. Existe uma paragem de autocarro mesmo ao lado e um excelente restaurante que recomendo (João do Cabeço). Staff muito gentil e prestável. A melhorar: Alguma falta de manutenção nas portas dos WC e portas interiores. Estavam mesmo muito lascadas.
