Horrible experience at the hotel. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and openly racist. We had to pay an additional charge at checkout without being notified of it beforehand, too. However, the room was fairly clean and the outdoor pool was beautiful. If not for the rude and racist staff, it would have been a nice place to stay.

從里斯本到馬德里的路上過渡一晚，沒想到房間温暖乾淨，還有個小小的陽台，前台工作人員友善，有室內停車場，雖然停車費貴了點但安全，酒店非常適合自駕遊。

Loved this hotel. Very modern and very comfortable. Our room on the 5th floor was quiet, the bed was awesome and the bathroom was large and had lush bath sheets. Aaron at reception went above and beyond and was very friendly. He patiently showed us how to take bus line 7 to a walkable distance from the walled city. Access to the bus was easy from the hotel so we could leave our car at the hotel. Parking is free

Good location hampered temporarily by road work. Used for 4 nights as base to visit nearby towns. Quiet, good price to quality ratio. Friendly service.

Would stay again but please improve the structure of the menu. Bed mattress a bit hard.. However the hotel provided a good overnight stay
