Hotel molto bello, per restare isolati nel relax, con centro benessere super! Bella piscina anche con zona esterna, con bellissima vista sulla valle, bagno turco, sauna finlandese....ottimo, tornerò! Personale eccellente, molto cordiale, complimenti.

Bis auf die geringe Auswahl beim Frühstück, war der Aufenthalt sehr gut :) Die Preise sind für die Schweiz sicherlich in Ordnung, aber dennoch etwas hoch wenn man die Größe der Portionen in Betracht zieht.

Das Essen der Halbpension ist komplett überteuert. Es fühlt sich an wie ein 2 Klassensystem. A la Carte grosse schöne Portionen - Halbpension klein und günstige Produkte, obwohl man pro Person für nur das Essen um die 70 Franken bezahlt. Auf den Hotelgängen stehen die ganze Zeit die Putzwagen herum, es hat vermutlich Hundehaare auf dem Teppich die Tagelang nicht weggeputzt werden. haben definitiv mehr erwartet. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse sitzt man voll in der Sonne obwohl es Tische im Schatten gab, aber die werden für Familien freigehalten, die gar nicht kamen. Gäste die sich einfach umsetzten werden toleriert. fragt man freundlich heisst es, es sei nicht möglich….

- offensichtlich älteres Hotel - Lobbymusik eher altertümlich - Muffiger Geruch im Hotelzimmer, vor dem Hotel (Haupteingang) Chlor Geruch - Wellnessbereich auch eher etwas heruntergekommen, Aussicht auf die Seen sehr schön wenn nicht gerade Bäume im Weg sind - Service an der Bar schien etwas ratlos als wird den Gutschein für die Welcome Drinks abgaben: Er lief ohne Kommentar davon (hätte gleich fragen können ob wir einen Tee oder Cappuccino wünschen) und kam nach ca. 10 Min wieder zurück und fragte uns was wir trinken möchten? Eine kurze Information ob er abklären geht oder prüfen geht was für einen Kuchen dass es gibt hätten wir geschätzt - Service unauffällige, nicht besonders aufmerksam oder freundlich, haben eher ihre Arbeit erledigt + Frühstück war sehr gut abgesehen davon, dass gewisse Eierspeisen Bsp.: Spiegeleier zusätzlich gekostet hätten. + Frühstück auf der Aussenterrasse war sehr schön! + Abendessen sehr lecker - Suppen wurden gereicht jedoch keine Löffel aufgetischt - alg. stolze Preise für Essen/Getränke Konsumation wie auch SPA Behandlungen - Gebuchte HP Leistung war fürs Hotelpersonal nicht klar,: Abklärung an der Rezeption war notwendig bis die Gebuchte HP anerkannt wurde - Anfahrt zum Hotel doch ziemlich Kurvenreich (15' Anfahrt) und somit ziemlich dezentral gelegen

Top Hotel mit sehr entspannend er Atmosphäre und einem grandiosen Ausblick auf die Seeseite. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich - alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich und Außenpool mit traumhaftem Blick.
