Clean and fairly priced. Friendly, attentive staff. Property needs a renovation though. Front doors should be sliding, and a fitness center would really upgrade it from other offerings in Cadiz (no gym outside of Lake Barkley within 20 minutes).

Check-in system was not working properly. Mold in the bathtub and next to the air conditioning unit. Incidentals fee of $100 is very disappointing.
