Room cleaning was disappointing. Everything else is good!

This hotel is in the perfect location with close access to the beach, restaurants and bus routes into the town. The staff were all very helpful. On arrival we had a couple of issues with our room, which was a junior suite. The bathroom is not what I would call private. It has a frosted bathroom door, which is something I really dislike, and the sinks were in the main bedroom. The shower itself was good. The room was very spacious, with a separate lounge area, but if you had a smaller room, then the bathroom set-up might be a problem if you want total privacy. The pool area was well maintained and clean, however, we chose to go to the beach most days as it was lovely and cleaned daily. The hotel supplied fresh towels for use on the beach, or around the pool. We ate at the pool restaurant at lunch time on a couple of occasions, but weren't that impressed. There is close access to a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. Some chains and some authentic local cuisine. Breakfast in the hotel was varied and vast, with pancakes and eggs cooked freshly by the chef. There was so much choice. However, we chose not to have breakfast every day, but on the days we did, it was very good quality. We had a couple of minor issues in addition to the bathroom dislike and these were; they kept forgetting to replenish the tea/coffee in the room and you only got water on arrival, after that you had to replenish it yourself and finally on arrival we felt the room had not been properly cleaned, but that was sorted quickly. We would definitely visit Cadiz again and use this hotel again.

We were completely surprised by the location, easy access to transportation, restaurants. The infinity pool and lounge chairs along with shaded areas, were perfect setting to work on a suntan. All rooms face the ocean and have a little balcony with 2 chairs and a table.

Your hotel is absolutely beautiful and it was wonderful experience for my husband and I! Thank you for the total experience as we were able to fully relax for our four day stay. Two things though: first morning we woke up( 6am!) to puddles of water next to our bed. We contacted main desk and they sent a maintanence person who said it was the AC unit in the closet that was leaking. Luckily, the hotel found us another room and we moved our things. Thank you. In the new room, either someone entered our room while we were not there, or a result from the floor above us. We noticed there was plaster on the floor from the ceiling light. The ceiling light was hanging from the ceiling. We did not call the maintenance desk because it really didn't bother us. We did mention to front desk while departing our stay. Everything else was perfect (especially the breakfasts and the coffee!) and we hope to return to your beautiful hotel in the future! Thank you, Christine and Thomas Corser, San Antonio, TX, USA

It was great - large spacious room and the pool was amazing as was the food, service, etc...The people were very friendly and helpful - I speak so so Spanish and they were most accomodating. On my last day, my flight wasn't til later so they let me stay at the pool and held my luggage and even let me use the spa to shower after a gorgeous day at the pool!
