Sistemáticamente desvían la llamada a la central en Madrid. Estábamos de camino al Parador y llamamos varias veces para reservar para comer. Imposible. También enviamos un email pero tampoco contestaron. Inaceptable que en un hotel de esta categoría no den este servicio básico. Por lo demás hemos estado muy a gusto, puesto que el parador cumple con todos los requisitos de calidad de paradores a los que estamos acostumbrados. Excelente servicio, calidad y variedad de la carta de los restaurantes, preciosas instalaciones, habitación muy confortable y con maravillosas vistas al mar y a Cádiz en la 5ª planta. Pero esperamos que tomen nota del asunto del teléfono y lo solucionen urgente.

Es verdad que no es hotel 4 estrellas. Faltan muchas detalles pequeñas. Por ejemplo no había hervidor etc. Falta hospitalidad. Hotel y todos muebles son poco viejos. Pedí unos peticiones pero no hacían nada.

Very nice stay in a lovely parador! The view is exceptional, very good staff. The breakfast is more than enough, overall excellent.
