Facilities: The hotel facilities are old, the furniture is old, the wifi signal is intermittent, and there is no exhaust facility in the toilet.
Hygiene: The overall hygiene is OK, but the smell of disinfectant is obvious as soon as you enter the room.

Very well located at the entrance to Gibraltar and next to the La Linea marina. Its facilities are excellent, the room is spacious, it can accommodate a family of 3. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. We also included the buffet breakfast in the plan for little money and one less thing to worry about. There was as much to do in excess as there was to eat healthy. The management of incidents in the rooms is done through an app and it is very efficient. We reported a lack of towels and they brought them up to us in minutes. We also used their parking, paid separately, but it is worth it. There is plenty of space.
If I have to criticize the hotel, it is the existence of only 2 elevators for the entire range of rooms... it is a bit slow and tedious to go down to have breakfast or to get out the door if you cannot use the stairs. ...
