Arrivée à l'hôtel à 15 heures, il a fallu attendre 16 heures pour avoir notre chambre; les chambres sont pourtant libérées à 11h du matin. une famille avec un bébé a du aussi attendre c'est honteux!!!
Dans la chambre pas de lit!!! mais un canapé -lit c'est pas le même confort!!!
Des chaises non!!! des chaises pliantes.
Des couverts oui juste le bon nombre
La vue de la chambre horrible!!!

Property is fine.
Staff is very accommodating.
Room is clean and amities kept to minimal.
Only clean once a week and charge for extra cleaning.
Fit the price we paid it is not justified.
Walking distance to train station.

Close from the train station and main tourist attractions. Kind staff. Very nice studio, modern and large. Very confortable bed. Good breakfast. We wnjoy our stay.

Wouldn’t stay again as we spent too much time trying to fix problems with Wifi and the room. Sent an email to director manager to discuss he has chosen to ignore me.

Hôtel propre et bien placé, personnel sympathique, néanmoins je suis courroucé par la panne de climatisation alors que cette dernière était vendue dans ma prestation. La rue étant très bruyante en dessous il a été impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte et nos nuits ont été des plus difficiles pour le coup.

Our car broke down so we had to extend our stay for a few days. This hotel was wonderful. A little more expensive as parking was €15 per night and Breakfast was €15 per person per day. I think both parking and breakfast were excessive but we were stuck. But still waiting on a receipt to be emailed from the hotel as promised because their printer was broken when we were leaving!

Studio spacieux,personnel TRES acceuillant,impeccable.SUPER Odeur d 'égout en entrant & persistant ,avons refait la vaisselle en partie.Une seule fourchette & une seule petite cuillère pour deux adultes.Impossible la nuit d 'avoir l'obscurité absolue,car les rideaux ne "collent" pas au plafond.Les matelas ont de l 'âge & boulochent,c 'est peu dire.Pas de drap housse,donc,le drap du dessous sort quasiment du lit au matin.Vous préconomisez de faire attention à l 'utilisation de l 'eau,& c 'est normal,ceci étant ,comme il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle,mais un lave-vaisselle,pour deux assiettes,deux verres & deux couverts,autant la faire à la main.Au matin,vers 5 ou 6 heures,beaucoup de bruit de camion frigo;motos,scooters dans la rue à l 'aplomb du studio donnant sur la rivière L 'ORNE.Seulement un double vitrage aux fenêtres,& insuffisant.il faudrait un triple vitrage à minima ou doubler la fenêtre comme certains hôtel parisien le font au bord du périphérique(campanile porte d 'italie).Rafrachir la peinture des angles des murs abimés au fil des années.Veilleuse à LEDS au pied du lit trop puissante aux yeux.LED de l 'interrupteur de la clim trop fort également.Miroir de courtoisie dans la SDB ,à revoir,car il tombe.Dans l 'ensemble,le ménage,laisse à désirer,sous les meubles ,derrière ceux-ci & dans les angles SDB .Quant au réceptacle de la brosse à WC,à vous de voir le liquide qui s'y trouve depuis..........Voir la couleur & vous vous ferez un avis .Pour autant,le prix est TRES raisonnable tous ces commentaires sont bien évidemment vérifiables
