Staffs are good. Breakfast buffet does not give you many choices not worth it for the price.. Location is good.. Spacious and clean rooms..

Friendly with good customer services. Conveniently located to shopping malls and restaurants including airport and bus terminus. I would highly recomend.

I requested a room with great Wi-Fi connection and they did just that. I am satisfied with their service, the staff are all friendly and informative.

There's no hairdryer or fridge.. And the wifi is painstakingly slow.

So love the place! Easy access to establishments. Staff are friendly. Room is clean and good. They also have restobar in the roofdeck. Cozy and has nice view.

Room was okay, as usual. I’ve usually been staying at new dawn plus whenever I visit Cagayan. I was not that satisfied though as that day the hotel was fully booked and the room I booked was unavailable. Ff while I was talking with the support from Trip for about 10-15 mins, the receptionist from the hotel informed me that a bigger room was available so I grabbed it. Had to pay a little extra and fortunately Trip assisted me with this for the inconvenience

sound proofing could also be improved,The shower is not good

Nice hotel, rather cheap. Rooms are out date and used and rough state. With bit better governance it could be great hotel.

The location is very convenient and staffs are kind

The room is not clean. Dust can be found anywhere. They only use blinds for the windows and not curtains. The heat of the sun would touch your skin. It’s not sound proof since you can loudly hear the people walking and talking outside your room.

Nothing to complain, i slept well during my stay the staff are ok

Clean, spacious, and with toiletries. The air-condition was good and not noisy at all
