Luisa managed our stay with kindness and competence. She provided us with useful advice for our stay...We checked in and checked out independently with the codes provided by Luisa, it was very practical. The room was clean with modern furnishings but the size was a little small. We had requested a balcony...but to define it as such requires some imagination...it was a tiny balcony where two could barely fit with an unpleasant view...Bathroom ok. We liked Cagliari a lot, really clean and quiet with people who were polite and respectful of others. We walked around the city at any time without ever being disturbed or bothered by anyone. I recommend going to see the flamingos and the beaches of Calafighiera, Calamosca, and the Poetto beach, easily reachable by bus from Cagliari. Eating good fresh fish in peace in front of a beautiful sea relaxed us a lot. We had a great time......

L'unico lato positivo di questa struttura è che si trova a due passi dal centro. Per il resto esperienza da dimenticare! La struttura ha uno sgradevole odore di stantio che si sente persino dalla strada e che in camera è davvero fastidioso, inoltre nei corridoi aleggia sempre un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta. Per raggiungere le camere è necessario inerpicarsi su una (o due!) lunga e ripida scalinata che, avendo un paio di bagagli non leggerissimi al seguito, rischia anche di essere piuttosto pericolosa. Avevamo prenotato la camera con colazione, salvo poi scoprire che la ”colazione” consisteva in un ”kit” lasciato direttamente in camera (biscotto e fetta biscottata + una bustina di tè). Se fosse stato segnalato che la colazione era di tal fatta non avremmo certo pagato l'extra! Ci è capitato di chiedere un rotolo di carta igienica aggiuntivo e non era disponibile. La doccia aveva più o meno le dimensioni di una bara! E' abbastanza facile posteggiare in zona, ma quasi esclusivamente a pagamento e solo in strada. La via in cui si trova la struttura è piuttosto rumorosa sino a tarda sera e dalla mattina presto.

Ho dormito 2 notti il 30 e 31 agosto 2024, il costo è adeguato ai servizi forniti ed era comprensivo della colazione. L'alloggio sito in Via Maddalena 14 è molto curato, pulito e silenzioso ed è vicinissimo alla stazione centrale dei treni e al porto e diverse linee di autobus hanno le fermate a due passi dall'appartamento. Il centro città è a 5 minuti a piedi ed infatti ne abbiamo approfittato per visitare i diversi centri di interesse turistico, abbiamo utilizzato l'autobus soltanto per raggiungere la spiaggia del Poetto e visitare il Parco Regionale. Il personale è cortese ed efficiente, hanno risposto sempre con celerità ad ogni richiesta. L'accesso all'appartamento è stato facilitato tramite l'utilizzo di codici, preventivamente comunicati, al portone d'ingresso del palazzo e a quello del pianerottolo, mentre per entrare nella camera ci hanno fatto trovare sul bancone all'ingresso la key card. La stanza è dotata di aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, di ottima linea wifi, di un televisore piatto di buone dimensioni, ed ha a disposizione un bollitore con filtri del te e varie tisane oltre a buonissimi biscotti. Consiglio vivamente la struttura.

This small guesthouse has 3 rooms. We had the smallest but for us this was spacious enough. Room is entirely white with antique bed. Beautiful, not too large, bathroom. Accommodation including coffee tea water and juices. Location is perfect because it is near the port and many restaurants in the immediate surroundings. Under the living room/kitchen you can use. Delightful toilet articles from Aqua di Parma. Every morning Fabrizio was present for any questions. We'll be booking it again.

WOW, Fantastic, charming, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, smiling, people who really enjoy their work and therefore make the client feel so at home. The hotel could have been a rundown rabbit hutch and it still would have felt great - but it isn”t. It's a cleverly designed, modern small hotel, each room (from what I saw) individually decorated but all following the same clean lines, very comfortable and calming neutral colours. Obviously the sea view rooms have the best views. Breakfast was delicious with a good varied menu and the hot course made on the spot. All in all a really delightful stay and it's ideally located right at the end of the Via Roma, 10 minutes from the train and bus stations. Grazie mille Eleonora, Angelo and Luca (Mattia in absentia) and of course the young ”breakfast” ladies.

Nice hotel, in a quiet area and not far from the center (10-15 minutes depending on where you want to go). I missed attention. Both in the restaurant where I had lunch and when I checked in. No explanation about the hotel. (Where is the breakfast room?, WiFi, wellness, what restaurants are there?) What was great, my car was driven to the parking lot. In the restaurant there was no attention. How does the food taste, would you like another wine, coffee, dessert? There are 4 great restaurants in the courtyard. In the evening the cocktail at Saudade was delicious.
Hotel carino, in a tranquil area and in distant areas of the city center (10-15 minutes walking distance from the airport). Ho perso l'attenzione. Sia nel ristorante dove ho pranzato che al momento del check-in. Nessuna spiegazione sull'hotel. (Dove la sala colazione?, WiFi, benessere, quali ristoranti ci sono?…) Che bello, la mia macchina è stata portata al parcheggio. 🙏 Nel ristorante non c'era attenzione. Che sapore ha il cibo, vorresti un altro vino, un caffè, un dolce? Ci sono 4 ottimi ristoranti nel cortile. La sera il cocktail al Saudade era delizioso.

Service was phenomenal, the staff there were very friendly and caring, any problem or request and my needs were met. The hotel is very clean, the area is quiet with no disturbances during our stay. Room was equipped with AC which was very nice after coming in from the heat. The room was clean, with the beds being very comfy. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. In addition to this, it’s another 30 minutes roughly bus ride to the centre, and a good 20 minute walk to the closest shops. The hotel itself was excellent however the location is a really big negative to staying there. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth staying unless you can sort out travel.

The building is beautifully designed and very elegant. Our room is extremely comfortable with all the amenities expected from a modern bedroom. This includes the ability to use our Netflix account projected onto a TV screen. The rooftop terrace is just perfect with a lovely covered section where we have set up 2 comfy chairs and footstools. The restaurant meals are excellent and plentiful. If you wanted to you could spend all your time here. We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The staff are courteous and helpful. Bravo this was a great choice.👏👏

Don’t hesitate! Just book a room here because you will not regret it! Staying here made my trip so much better. I came with my friend & we had separate rooms. The rooms are beautiful & were cleaned and towels were replaced everyday. They also have good security which made me feel safe. I will absolutely go back one day. Thank you so much Eja Sardinia! GGuest UserI spent four nights in this hotel, room “three”. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel was located on the other side of the city center from University campuses where I had a conference. However, the walk through the center was very pleasant (although the city has quite a lot of hills, and thus ups and downs for walking). There are restaurants very close, as the city center and tourist area are right there next to the hotel. However, the hotel is on a side street a little bit away from the tourist area in such a way that the hotel area itself was very peaceful and quiet, even during a weekend. The breakfast was of good quality and there was nice variation in terms of breads, juices, fruits, and yogurts – considering that this was a very small hotel with probably slightly less resources than bigger hotel chains, they really made nice efforts with the breakfast. The desserts were sweet and delicious. It was also possible to order an omelet for breakfast – I did not do that but saw some others ordering. The breakfast time started only at 8 am, which was slightly inconvenient, but manageable. It is possible to enter the breakfast area through the elevator or through the stairs, but sometimes the staff did not unlock the door from the stairs in the morning so the way through the elevator generally functioned better if one was arriving early for breakfast. The cleaning was always done very well, and I am picky about that. The room had good space to place my things. There was also enough space in the bathroom. The air conditioning functioned well and it was relatively easy to adjust to one’s liking. However, during the first night I woke up feeling too cold and the system thus needed some learning to be able to use it the most effectively. The shower water ran well. The service was always nice and efficient. For example, I had asked for rugs to be removed from my room beforehand, as I have a dust allergy and can sometimes get an allergic reaction from some rugs. The hotel staff had done that, the rugs had been removed. So they clearly listened to guests’ wishes very nicely. They also replied promptly to my emails. My room had a shower in the room itself, not in the bathroom, which may not be convenient, if there is more than one person staying. I was fine with this as I was alone. The room also had a nice outside area attached to the room where it was possible to sit and, for example, work very conveniently until it got too dark in the evening. There was no view but that did not matter to me. The view from the third floor, where the breakfast was, was beautiful over several buildings in the city. It is worth noting that the reception closes at 8:00 pm and after that, one can only get to the hotel with one’s own key. So better hold on to that key, if you are coming late. Moreover, it is necessary to advise the hotel in advance if you are arriving later than 8 pm the first evening, so that the hotel may instruct you on how to get in. I

Hotel Flora is located 3 min walk from train/bus station, near plenty of restaurants. We walked all famous sightseeing spots in Cagliari from hotel, even to San Benedetto market. Room has a good space, 102 had a nice balcony with nice table and comfy chairs where you can enjoy nice evening. Very solid building, so no noise from other guests. The best of all is the service. Cleaner, front, waiters at the restaurant, They are friendly, helpful, and professional. Great choice of breakfast. What else you can ask the hotel!? We will stay here again if we ever has a chance to go back to Cagliari.

GGuest UserThe building is historic and very well kept. It’s very well placed for shopping in a car free zone. We slept very well with no noise. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was spacious and equipped with a very nice shower. Sitting for breakfast at the “Antico Caffè” overlooking the Bastione San Remy on a very sunny morning was awesome. Expect a selection of breads, butter, jam, croissant, juice, coffee. We will return.

Free parking and breakfast was ok. Staff attentive. Seemed more of a business hotel but it was fine for us. Definitely needed a car. We did walk to a local shopping mall but it was a fair way.

I would highly recommend Hotel Italia. The rooms are pretty plain and simple , but clean and the bathroom has an excellent shower and modern fittings. The air conditioning worked really well and there is a fridge stocked with a few free drinks which was nice. Some of the rooms have balconies. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and only paper cups to drink from. The breakfast room/bar is nice and light and spacious and there is a lovely terrace area to sit outside. It was a bid odd that the terrace is closed between 10.30am and 12 noon, but the rest of the time it is open and we enjoyed a few cocktails there. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is really central. It is on a pedestrianised street so no traffic noise, we were on the 4th floor so well away from any street noise at all. Our only disappointment was the quality of the breakfast. Hot water and black coffee are put out in large silver urns at 7am with no insulation or heating, so by around 9am they are tepid. Consequently everyone was ordering fresh drinks from the coffee machine at the bar, which are great and for no extra charge, however it meant that one of the 2 breakfast staff was fully occupied making hot drinks. Therefore food on the buffet was frequently running out and not replenished. The choice on the buffet was quite poor. It would have been lovely to have some fresh, sliced tomatoes and also better quality bread. The pineapple being served was almost rotten. The cakes looked good. One of our party was Vegan and all they could offer was some gluten free cakes, dry crackers and bread. As we hadn’t made them aware beforehand of this, we hoped that once they were aware they may have provided something better the next days, but unfortunately not. Very Good
Excellent structure in the center, inside a historic building. Very clean, welcoming room, with a very comfortable bed, with all the comforts and a large bathroom with a much appreciated hydromassage tub. The breakfast served by the beautiful and talented Beatrice is delicious and well presented, with excellent quality and quantity, 5 stars. Congratulations to Daniele and Barbara for their exceptional professionalism and the exquisite hospitality with which they pamper their customers. Definitely coming back and recommending, well done, keep up the good work!!!!!!

CCulture50160599541Il primo disagio lo si ha affrontando una scala ripida che porta al piano. Una volta preso possesso della camera abbiamo immediatamente notato che mancava un'anta scorrevole dell'armadio. Il materasso è a molle e verosimilmente datato, le lampade del letto, una non funzionava e l'altra funzionava ad intermittenza a seconda di come si posizionava l'interruttore. Alle spalle del letto è stato ricavato un incavo che contiene una luce che dovrebbe illuminare la parete per dare un'illuminazione diffusa. Non funzionava. Il bagno: la doccia ha misure piccole per gli standard attuali, e il reggi doccione non funzionava costringendo a tenere in mano il doccione per bagnarsi, cosa che date le dimensioni ridotte della doccia, creava non pochi problemi. Il piatto doccia presentava diverse filature che sono state sigillate con del silicone, il tutto dava un non piacevole effetto vintage. La smart TV non riceveva i canali del digitale terrestre, per segnale assente. Insomma concludendo, tutto era trascurato, tranne le pulizie, e si nota una mancanza di manutenzione. MMartafgc8I stayed in this hotel one night because I had a flight at Cagliari airport quite early.The strengths of this hotel: it has a free apartment for cars, it is 10 minutes' drive from Cagliari airport, it was clean and smelling. As I had to leave the hotel at 4:50 a.m., the previous day I warned at the reception and made a bag with some breakfast products (a fruit juice, a chocolate croissant, two toasts and a compot) - missed a small bottle of water and The hotel was very good, the room was very small, and the room was very comfortable. I would return to this hotel again without hesiting if I look for a hotel near the airport for just a few nights.
