We booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! We booked this as this is the last triple room that we can have at a short notice and since we are going to Megamall and SM East Ortigas. The hotel is very close, minutes walk to Podium and Megamall. We booked the studio room that has 3 single beds to accommodate me, my bf and my mom. it comes with free breakfast and access to pool. The buffet breakfast is at the 33rd floor, same floor as the pool and not to expect much, limited choices but it was good. There is no creamer for Coffee, only milk. I didn't like the bread and the fruit choices are limited. But overall, it was ok, average buffet. I think it's not really a hotel but a serviced apartment. It doesn't have in room dining, no kitchen to accommodate you except during breakfast buffet. There is free water and some toiletries but slippers are available upon request. We also had to call the reception to request for stirrer (not available) or spoon since they have free coffee in the room, which took sometime before they delivered. The aircon is okay, there is a veranda but you cannot open the access to it. Anyway, view is not so nice there so it's ok. We took time to dip in the pool after breakfast. It was ok, shower not ok though and since it was raining, I was kinda hesitant to go in, unsure if water is clean (it's an outdoor pool). in short, we didn't stay long and decided to just watch TV in our room. btw, make sure you are not dripping in the elevator or there will be extra charge. There is also surcharge for drinks and food beyond normal consumption. Location wise, yes it's good but there's a lot of room for improvement here.

I really had fun staying in this hotel despite of the restrictions brought about by the pandemic. Ralph, the Manager, in this hotel was very helpful even during the times when I was still in Canada and trying to book/reschedule my hotel reservation. He was very helpful and easy to reply when I have concerns about my reservation. The Front Desk staff were always cheerful and easily attend to my needs every time I call them. I stayed there for 4 nights but no words can say how happy I was that I booked my hotel reservation with them. Thank you.

Stayed for one night here.
Location is quite okay as it was within walking distance to SM and Market market. There is alsp a 711 store just beside the hotel. However note this hotel is somewhere along the boundary of BGC. We didn't have any problems here.
The room is clean. What we liked was the bed was really a ”hotel” bed. The TV is also a bit TV and had a lot of international channels. AC was small but it did provide the right cool temp for sleeping. One thing we noticed is that there were some snacks left in our room's cabinet (chicharon and bucheron). When we checked out, they asked if it was ours. I think this should have already been cleaned before us checking in to the hotel.
Water pressure is strong and toilet is clean. But the hair dryer provided to us was not working.
Checkout process took us around 10mins as they really check the room. Should be ok if you are not in a rush.
Parking is abundant. Around 12 slots on the basement, plus 2 more slots which by default is closed (they might open these slots if needed). There are also some parking slots just outside the hotel.
Overall a bang for buck hotel and would recommend!

Spa was mediocre. They need to improve on customer experience. Massage room too cold and no way to adjust temperature. No heated bed. Had to ask for more towels to keep me warm. Didn’t smell like a spa. Little musty. Therapist was good though.
The rooms are well appointed and very spacious. Complete with kitchen in a 2BR Suite. Bathtub too high for short people and may cause accidents. There’s a washer dryer combo that technically only washed clothes and kept clothes damp. The dryer was not efficient and we checked out with still damp clothes. 3 associates came to the room and tried to solve the problem. Their suggestion was to wash the clothes again so it will trigger the dry cycle. Never worked. Waste of time and energy. Dryer should dry clothes. Period.
Breakfast selection was good. Saw a little cockroach walk around the sushi area. 😲
The area can get so much traffic. Kalayaan Ave can get crazy busy. Give enough time and clear directions for your Grab diver if you want to make your appointments on time.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good!
Couple of areas for improvement:
- the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours
- our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet
- there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

I stayed at Ibis Styles Araneta so I can get peace and quiet while I finished my book and that was what I got. Although not the typical desk and chair set-up, it really worked for the work I needed to do. The rooms may be on the small size but there was enough natural light that flooded the room and kept me energized during my entire stay. I had a really great time from start to finish.
Once I arrived at the driveway, I was already assisted by their staff. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff (Sam) even helped me get my luggage to my room. The room was very cozy, clean, and chill. One of the downsides would have to be the closet since it was just a rod on top of the coffee station and the clothes drop down on the coffee cups.
Another downside are the roll-down blinds. If you don't want to be seen outside, you'd have to roll down all the blinds and prevent any sunlight flooding the room. Not a big problem though.
Really enjoyed Le Bistro and the Edge Skyview Bar. Very cozy places to just relax. I also love the panoramic views by the rooftop bar. I would really have appreciated it if the buffet and Le Bistro had several vegan food choices. It's a good thing Gateway Mall is right beside the hotel so I was able to eat my meals.
I love that they have a water dispenser and provided a water pitcher in the room to make it easier for water refill. The lobby is also a great place to hangout and work in at times.
Over all, I'd stay here again.

It is my first time and my whole family staycation in Solaire North. It is very accessible to us since it is near our place and since it is beside a mall. Me and my family enjoyed so much in this hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. Me, together with my whole family loves staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like to special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and my whole family members if we need anything else and if there is any help he can gives us. He also ensures our comfortability and our needs have been met by continuously asking us if i and my family needs something and/or having his own initiative to help even without being asked. Our room always stays fresh, clean, and restocked with all the staff that we will need during our stay. It was a unforgettable stay and experience. We are so glad to have him as our housekeeping staff during our stay. And will definitely personally request for him again as he is very attentive and easy to deal with. My kids are so happy staying here and we would definitely coming back. Thank you so much Solaire North.

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for 2x 4 days before and after going on a tour in the Visayas in June 2024, as well as 7 days in September 2023. My girlfriend lives nearby so this hotel was a good option. Booking was a bit complicated, I visited their facebook page and wrote a mail to the available email address but didn't get any response. After 2-3 days I decided to chat them directly on fb and was able to book my stay. However, I was asked to pay in cash when I was there, I don't think paying by card is possible. After arriving at the hotel, everything got uncomplicated. The staff there is very nice and room service can be requested every day. The rooms are labelled with tourist spots which is fun. The rooms are clean and include AC, Wifi, a TV and a fridge. Some of the windows can't be shut completely so it's possible to discover small insects such as (small) cockroaches or mosquitos. The hotel is located directly in front of a road that leads to a larger road 5 min away. This means easy access to tricycles/jeeps, some stores and food stalls/restaurants on one side, on the other side also that it can get noisy in the morning. The hotel has a restaurant with a rather large selection of food of which everything I ordered was very delicious. Overall good experience, if you're looking for a low price hotel for staying in Caita for a few days I can recommend it. Manila can be reached by Grab in 45 min if the traffic isn't bad.
