The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice and accomodating. The television has Netflix, but the hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal. There were towels and slippers, and they also have hot showers. The hotel is easy to access and has a 7-11 near it.

We booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!

I really had fun staying in this hotel despite of the restrictions brought about by the pandemic. Ralph, the Manager, in this hotel was very helpful even during the times when I was still in Canada and trying to book/reschedule my hotel reservation. He was very helpful and easy to reply when I have concerns about my reservation. The Front Desk staff were always cheerful and easily attend to my needs every time I call them. I stayed there for 4 nights but no words can say how happy I was that I booked my hotel reservation with them. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience as a guest at Holiday Inn Manila Galleria. Being located in Ortigas Center made it convenient for one to check out the best restaurants and shopping areas. My room was big, contemporary and offered wireless internet for free hence setting up an ambient stay. It had superb amenities that included fitness center and outdoor swimming pool amongst others. The staffs were very supportive, polite and warm making me feel like I am home away from home. Dining options were many as well as delicious. In general, exceeding my expectations, Holiday Inn Manila Galleria is highly recommended both for vacationers or business people.

The managers at the Ridge Cafe deserve special mention for their professionalism, unwavering hospitality, and infectious jolliness. They ensured that every meal was served with care and attention to detail. They effortlessly managed the bustling café, yet never failed to accommodate our specific requests and dietary preferences. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting positive impression on us. Moreover, the staff at the pool area reflected the same level of commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. They were always available to assist with our needs and consistently made us feel comfortable. Whether it was providing extra towels, adjusting the poolside umbrellas, or delivering refreshing beverages, they attended to every request promptly and with a genuine smile.

My stay at Wynwood hotel was generally satisfactory. The hotel is consistently clean, and the service, particularly from the lobby, is attentive. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers all necessary amenities. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. Despite my expectations, breakfast was not delivered to the room, and when I inquired about it around 9:56 am, I was informed that it's only available until 10 am and needs to be collected from the third floor, which was unexpected. Additionally, I expected the hotel to keep records of guests entitled to complimentary meals, with the possibility of a refund if not provided. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, while the service to others seemed okay for me. 🥰

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! Stayed for one night here. Location is quite okay as it was within walking distance to SM and Market market. There is alsp a 711 store just beside the hotel. However note this hotel is somewhere along the boundary of BGC. We didn't have any problems here. The room is clean. What we liked was the bed was really a ”hotel” bed. The TV is also a bit TV and had a lot of international channels. AC was small but it did provide the right cool temp for sleeping. One thing we noticed is that there were some snacks left in our room's cabinet (chicharon and bucheron). When we checked out, they asked if it was ours. I think this should have already been cleaned before us checking in to the hotel. Water pressure is strong and toilet is clean. But the hair dryer provided to us was not working. Checkout process took us around 10mins as they really check the room. Should be ok if you are not in a rush. Parking is abundant. Around 12 slots on the basement, plus 2 more slots which by default is closed (they might open these slots if needed). There are also some parking slots just outside the hotel. Overall a bang for buck hotel and would recommend!

We just booked the hotel coz its obviously its very near to the hotel and its definitely true its just 5minutes only if no traffic if you dont have any luggages then you can just really walk going to the airport. Pool not that much big but its okay. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is okay too. Love the room design too and u can just see from your window the airport too and airplanes around. I love the AC its cold and super cozy bedsheet and comforter. There are some restaurants at the back of the hotel too.

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
