The good thing is that they have there own swimming pool and it's close to the main area.

Location is good. 20 mins from the airport. A nice pool. However the room is very damp not sure if it’s the effect of the cyclone jasper. I feel like my clothes are all damp after staying there for two days.

Novotel lagoon pool the reason we booked it. My sons loved it. Overall it was a excellent accommodation.

Great location, 2 blocks from the water. Nice clean rooms with good lighting. One strange thing - only has a trash can in the bathroom.

We stayed for 5 nights and we were overall happy with our stay. The great thing about this resort is you have everything you need including gym, pool, dine in, room service etc. The resort pool is wonderful to relax and unwind with a pool bar access.

The hotel is perfect for stay in cairns. It’s almost near and walking distance to everything. Staffs re great and the rooms are clean. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel arranges some activities for children every day, such as making cup cakes and snorkeling, so that they are not too bored in the hotel. The breakfast content is relatively monotonous. The check-in time is not as flexible as in China. Our flight was early and we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 in the morning. The Philippine front desk asked us to check in at 2 pm, which could not be adjusted. The disadvantage is that the room opposite is relatively small. Sometimes it seems very noisy. Overall, this price is not bad for the price!

The flight arrived in Cairns very late in the evening. The two guys who checked in, a British guy and a Thai guy, were very enthusiastic when they saw the Chinese passports. The room facilities are 4-star standard. Fortunately, the hygiene is OK. The hotel swimming pool is good. The location is also very good. It is next to the aquarium. Unfortunately, due to the cyclone warning, the projects on the Great Barrier Reef have been cancelled. The travel company is not professional and the Outer Barrier Reef is not open. But in fact The Green Island of the Inner Barrier Reef was still open. In the end, I only went to the Kuranda Rainforest, visited the aquarium and art museum, and ate at the night market. The rest of the time was spent soaking in the lagoon swimming pool and the hotel swimming pool. I’ll save some regrets and come back next time.

The exterior is a little old, but the interior is very clean. The entrance is also very wide. I definitely recommend the pool view.

The room is on a low floor and is close to the road outside which can be a bit noisy. There are not many breakfast varieties, but the basic ones are available and taste good The hotel pool is great and has a small beach. The location is slightly out of the way, about 20 minutes' walk to the beachside restaurant.

The rooms are very clean! The interior is simple and stylish with a resort feel! The pool in the hotel is always crowded with people and everyone enjoys it. It was so good that I would like to stay here again!
