We had a 3 days stay at this hotel. Overall not too bad in terms of cleanliness and location. The casino was not crowded and there was a limited table game.

There is free coffee on the first floor of the hotel. It is very close to the fleet terminal to take a boat to the Great Barrier Reef. It is 6 kilometers away from the airport, which is not far. The service of this Pullman hotel is really bad. The check-in person at the front desk was not friendly to Chinese people. Toiletries, tea bags and milk were not replenished.
