Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza

The hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience. Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them. I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind. I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!

We were extremely happy with the service at the Four Seasons Hotel in Cairo, Nile Plaza. All the staff were extremely polite and went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Right from the entrance, the reception, Concierge, all the restaurants, pool side, room service. Just so professional that we can't praise them and thank them enough. I was so pleased with the service that I intend to book the Four Seasons at Maldives on our next holiday (hint, hint....).

The four seasonal plaza is hotel that market itself as one of the best hotels in the night but once you walk in, you don’t see that it’s any better than a Intercontinental Semiramis, or anything else that could be cheaper in price providing larger rooms with a nice view, beautiful breakfast for for many value, I do not advise you to stay at the Fourseason night plaza. I walked into the room and I was shocked with all the rooms and renovated very humble bedding. The single beds are very small, comparing to going elsewhere and getting larger beds night view, good breakfast for half of the price I very much regret, the money I spent on this hotel. Unfortunately you wont get the expected 4 Seasons service. Despite staying in upgraded room, it was very basic, they charge you for parking even if resident, takes around 30 mins to get your car from parking, wasn't informed that the cost didn't include breakfast until checkout time with a super high charge.

Amazing hotel and staff and we had a view of the pyramids. Also loved the hotel restaurant's that were on the river across the street. The best experience was the tiny chef it was so entertaining and fun, we loved it. The only down side was that you can’t really get out of the hotel to walk to places like restaurants, coffee shops…so were either in the hotel or out on tours.
