Hotel was immaculate and very friendly and helpful staff

Rain forest shower at the SPA is one of best shower room i experience in my life. Breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Very professional 5-start hotel in the center of Cairo. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have all the information and assistance you need! We had a nice view of the Nile. Restaurants at the hotel are very good. Will come back again!

Because it is close to the airport, I chose this hotel on my last day in Cairo. Unexpectedly, all the staff were very friendly. It is indeed a five-star hotel. After check-in, a waiter will take the guest to the room in person, and will also meet guests on the way. Introducing various facilities, it was a pity that I was unable to enjoy many facilities due to my late check-in. I only went to the gym. The gym is very large and has complete facilities. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time.

It was my birthday that day. I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock and wanted to leave my luggage here. Unexpectedly, the front desk arranged an early check-in, decorated the room, and gave me a cake. I was very touched.

My money was stolen in the hotel, but the hotel refused to admit it. The attitude of the investigation made me realize that this is a common occurrence in this hotel. The security guard was very passive when he received the report. He first searched our things. I don’t know what the point is… I didn’t leave the room for a few hours, and I could have just checked the surveillance. The handling of the problem was very slow… Avoid it…

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location, environment, facilities and services are excellent. The scenery in the panoramic room with river view is great.
