Novotel Cairo Airport Reviews

I was with 4 of other friends and we purposely stayed near airport for flying the next day. After 3 times of arguments the hotel finally admitted its mistake and confirmed our breakfast plan f the next morning.

It's close to the airport and shuttle bus to/ from airport is available.

Good location near Cairo international airport and free shuttle to the terminal.

Nearby airport, shuttle bus from Terminal3 exit to hotel (or need to call for pickup +201147404400). Room are clean and quiet. However, if need early checkin, have to pay 30USD. If need breakfast, it cost 10USD (it is not as mentionned for 46CNY)

Location was great and staff so friendly and helpful. Also got a wake up call which was nice. Thanks

Public areas such as lobby and swimming pool are nice but the hallway to units and my unit condition was horrible. Its just like a motel. Towels and bedding smelled cigarette. Toilet and bath were in bad condition. Staffs while check-in was not friendly or accommodating at all. While waiting for the shuttle from airport for pick up service, a lot of taxi drivers told me that I will have to wait a hour. I thought its just marketing to make me pay for taxi. Surprisingly, it turned out true. Drop off service was good tho.

This is a great hotel for proximity to Cairo International Airport and good value for a 4 star. They supply a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to and from the airport that is only a 5-10 minute ride. The condition of the mini-bus was somewhat tired but it does the job. I used this hotel on my outbound journey whilst transferring flights and again on this inbound one. It is very good for its category level and has a very decent pool in a spacious courtyard area. For both my visits, all the staff were really amazing and accommodated my requests, in particular Noor on reception, who was a credit to the Accor brand.

The bag check area was placed correctly causing inconvenience. Operator is also not polite. Not convenience to walk from the Airport to Hotel, but Hotel provide free bus to and from which is good

A bad behavior and it’s not clean and the food was not really good the only advantage it’s near the hotel

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, the customer service is extremely poor and extremely slow!, so if you think you can have some extra sleep because you are so close to the airport, Think again! you would need at least an hour just to check in or check out! Ridiculous. On my visit I had already booked and paid via trip.com however the assistant Sami first told us he could give us an early check-in within 10mins at fee, so we agreed however made us wait over 45minutes and when we kept asking how far with the early check-in? He rudely told us to sit and wait! Eventually when the room was ready, he could conveniently find the booking but not the payment! And after we ask that he double check because we have already paid, he refused and said that we have to pay immediately! and contact trip.com to refund us! Later when we contacted trip.com they said they infact paid the hotel and the hotel did receive the payment and they will now contact the hotel to give us a refund. It has now been two weeks and trip.com has finally confirmed that the hotel will refund us, which we are still waiting for. This was supposed to be a quick check in and out but after that terrible service and long back and forth about the refund... It was totally not worth it! when you supposed to be on holiday rudeness and added stress is not needed.

The room wasn’t very clean, the AC was noisy and produce clicking noise

A great time spent. Although it was short. Loved the space provided for us and the kids were happy / comfortable. Would recommend to others to stay for sure. Cant wait to come back again.

Great hotel close to the airport so useful for an early morning flight

Not very clean but suitable for an overnight stopover. There’s a free bus taking you to the hotel. There’ll be the usual locals trying to scam every step you make
