Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous area. Cala sant vincenc is a beautiful little town with 2 lovely beaches. The hotel is in a wonderful position to enjoy the views. The hotel has a lovely roof top are and one of the nicest spa areas I’ve been to. Hotel is quiet at the moment so don’t know how it would be in peak season but it is perfect for an early getaway!

We just visited Hotel Vicenc for the second time. We first visited in July 2023 and rebooked for May 2024.. before we left the hotel. We have just done the same for next year!! The hospitality, food and service at the hotel is absolutely suberb, so much so we book our return each time before vacating. Mari and her team (Cristina, Jordi, Christian, Catalina, Richie - to name a few) are absolutely exceptional and made our stay so special. We cant wait to visit again next May

Hotel top top !!!! Magnífica ubicación, formidables instalaciones, servicio increíble, y la comida es espectacular. Hotel de 35 habitaciones con menos de 3 años de antigüedad. En el interior cuenta con un spa, que es algo que permite un gran relax, y en la planta 4 una piscina con buena temperatura. Puede ser el mejor hotel en el que nos hayamos hospedado, muy buena calidad. Un trato muy especial y acogedor por parte de Mari Carmen en recepción y de Begoña en el desayuno y bar piscina. Unas cracks! Volveremos a repetir.

Fabulous rooms, genuinely amazing stuff, excellent food, fantastic views - all just bloody cool! Well placed for a pair of Pollenca's, Alcudia, Formentor and plenty of other gorgeous spots. As a cyclist, your bike wants to go there! The Cycle Centre is spectacular. Do what's right - pamper your bike! We WILL be back!! SOON!

¡Qué experiencia maravillosa en este hotel de lujo frente a una cala de agua cristalina! Cada detalle está meticulosamente cuidado, haciendo que la estancia sea inolvidable. El personal es extremadamente amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con una sonrisa en el rostro. La habitación no solo es cómoda, sino que también está equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia relajante. El restaurante es simplemente excepcional, con una variedad de platos deliciosos que satisfacen todos los gustos. El desayuno es igualmente impresionante, ofreciendo una amplia selección de opciones frescas y sabrosas. Al ser un hotel solo para adultos, se puede disfrutar de una paz y tranquilidad incomparables, lo cual es un verdadero lujo en sí mismo. Definitivamente, repetiremos esta experiencia única.

This was our first stop on our honeymoon, and the perfect first stop. In a sleepy town on the coast of Mallorca, we sought out calm, quiet, relaxing beach town and this was it. We got our first taste of all the cyclists on the road as well! This area does not have many restaurants, but Port of Pollenca is 15 minutes away for food. The hotel is quite new, and we quite enjoyed the spa area with pool, hot tub (not very hot though), steam room, sauna, and cold plunge. Waters were provided in our room every day, and we had a lovely view of the beach cove from our balcony. We realized that our balcony was not completely private though - it was separated by our neighbors' balconies by slats that were see-through. The bed was comfortable and on the firm side. The hotel had 2 main restaurants and 1 all-day service on the roof; quite pricey but very good food. We'd stay here again!

If you are looking for a place to just relax and lounge around the hotel - this hotel & spa is it! The hotel is brand new and in a very secluded area so not much to do around it. There is a small little beach that is about a 2 min walk away from the hotel and I saw that they offered things like kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. We booked the Privilege Swim Up room and it was really lovely to have our own little pool area (shared with a few neighbors). The staff here are super friendly and very accommodating to all of your needs. The food here is good, but I do wish their dinner menu had a bit more or it changed more often so we aren't eating the same things every night. We also loved all of the amenities that were provided in our room (Le Labo)! Overall, 5/5!

Spent six days with husband and two teenage children at this excellent hotel. The rooms, the design, the facilities, the breakfast, the food and especially the treatment from the staff were out standing. Could hardly believe that the hotel had been open for a few weeks before our stay. There is nothing to complain about except that our stay was too short. We will definitely return.
